      This was the 2nd time using Revolut. I should have known better. My paycheck got deposited to the incorrect account and they have ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL VIA CHAT. My paycheck was deposited per below:ACH details for the payment 7/21/2023. *************************** Trace no# *************** Account no# ************ Amount $$1,767.89 They refused to look for the money. They told me to have my employee do a reversal. Which they did twice. Most recent was 7/31/23 and both times got rejected by Revolut. My employer and Revolut keep pointing fingers at the other so Ive been back and forth dozens of times. Im HIV positive. Have Kidney disease. Have prescriptions to pick up and all I have is a dollar something. I am out of food for me and my family. They dont care. I want my money overnighted or direct deposited into my new bank account immediately or I will consider legal action.

      I had been a satisfied customer of ********************** for approximately three months, enjoying my experience with their services. However, my opinion quickly changed when they started locking my account without any explanation or updates. Eventually, they abruptly banned my account without any prior notice. Throughout my time with Revolut, I had successfully completed numerous payments and purchases using their Metal card, all of which went smoothly without any issues or disputes.Desperate to resolve the situation, I reached out to Revolut multiple times, pleading for them to reinstate my account. Unfortunately, all my inquiries and concerns were blatantly ignored. Adding to my frustration, they made it impossible for me to transfer the remaining funds from my banned account and decided to deduct them as "closing fees" instead. Despite my cooperation and willingness to address any concerns they had, Revolut showed no regard for their customers and proceeded to ban me without any consideration.

      Business is holding my money in the transfer app and refuses to refund my money or let me transfer the money and keeps asking non stop security questions every 15 minutes now for 12 hours. I have filed a dispute with my bank and wish a refund and never to use this **** app again. Please tell them to refund and cease ** reacting me

      At this time, I have been contacted directly by Revolut Technologies Inc. regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because although I have provided 2 selfies in the past and answered all of their security questions they have not processed or removed account restrictions. I have now provided a third selfie in attempt to get a refund on my money. There are no scams associated with this transaction. It is going to a lawyer in ****** that has resolved my case in the court in ****** and they need to be paid. i have received this lawyer as referral through my cousin and he is not involved in any scam. Further i have no idea what Revolut is talking about. I am happy to present evidence that my case was resolved in ****** to BBB to prove that Revolut is wrong. I would like all of my money to be refunded back to my Santander account. Thank you

      I was scammed by a group of individuals who use Revolut as a method of crime. A man named ****************** contacted me through ************* to translate a book on behalf of RELX. He said I would be paid online by, ********* bank on Telegram. The "bank manager" told me I needed to pay in bitcoins to set up an account as a freelance employee. He wanted bitcoins, but because I was unable to obtain cryptocurrency, he had me transfer $519 cash from my bank to *********************** and $500 to *********************. As I had never used Revolut, the "manager'" guided me step by step, constantly sending him screenshots. Since last week, I've had no further communication with any of the scammers. I asked one of Revolut's clients to return my money, but he said he had sold me bitcoins and that I would have to return them for a refund. He had a copy of my passport, which I had provided to the so-called bank. Obviously, I don't have those bitcoins, the scammer-network does. Revolut only provides customer support via chat. I've communicated with 8 different reps and each time they ask for more information. I've provided them with 30 screenshots and documents, but they haven't proceeded to file a claim or contact me. I have no way of recovering that money unless Revolut helps me get it back. There is no office or phone number I can reach for support in ***, despite their claim of having an office here. All documentation is on Revolut's chat support. I believe Revolut is facilitating scams by providing criminals easy opportunities without fear of penalties. And their customer service is non-existent.

      This is the WORST banking company in the world and the **** and all other government bodies should revoke any licenses this company has to be a bank. I transferred money into this account and they made it unavailable for me. They put the payment in a pending status. I provided the documents they asked for and reached out to the support team continuously. They mentioned that it would take 4 days to review the transaction. This is extremely unacceptable and I urge people not to bank with this company. They have HORRIBLE customer service which you can only speak to over in-app messaging. They are unresponsive and very opaque. Avoid this company at all costs.

      I was locked out of my Revolut app/account since around May 2022 (I had signed up to transfer money internationally on two occasions but signed up for the standard plan). Every time I tried to long on I would constantly get an error message saying "Recovery Process is currently unavailable. Please try again later" and no option to report it or speak to someone or provide an email. It was very unclear how to access the account o get help so I continue to "try again later" without any success. Finall,y, tday, I was finally able to log on and discovered approx. 13 months of premium charges ($9.99 per month) for an acccunt I never signed up for and have not used AT ALL since May 2022 (over $100 in charges for nothing). I immediately transferred my money out of the app and made a complaint to Revolut. I never consented to these charges and was prevented from discovering them in a timely manner because I was locked out from the app. I want a full refund.

      Was in the middle of some Disputes when revolut decided they didn't want to deal with me and sent me an email.saying that they will be closing my account. Finish my Disputes. Get my money back or I'll be forced to dispute every single dollar I've deposited onto this platform from my main bank account.

      This company is supposedly an online bank, my id was stolen and this bank or company allowed someone without my consent in the country ofmexico to open an account and mailed a debit card to a ******* address and have my SSA and SSI deposit for the month of may deposited into this account and after calling and messaging this so called bank they still refuse to return the 2 stolen deposits for $107 and $827, saying that the money was taken out of the account via debit card that i never had and now the account has been closed and because the ** treasury cant do a ach reclamation because the bank refuses to respond to their requests and mine,saying the account is overdrawn and they cant return my SSI or SSA deposits because the money was withdrawn in ******, and i have not been out of my house in ***** because i have parkinsons and i just want my money that this company allowed to be fraudlent stolen from me as they dont even have a valid photo id of me.please help me get this money back.

      I filed insurance claim with esis due to cancelled flights and travel. Esis asked and was supplied documentation numerous times for a duration of 6 months. Esis has not responded to my numerous emails and contact through revolut. I have paid revolut offer 541 usd for this insurance protection. I am now requesting this to be refunded due to an advertised service that is a fraud.

      I received money from a friend through this company's revolut mobile app. I can't open the app to get my money, and sending emails or calling the company is useless. They keep referring to using in-app chat, but I can't get into the app. I have sent them numerous emails, and no response. I want my money. Please help.
