      Revolut denied my disputes even tho my card was stolen and basically said I did it. There support didnt help at all they just responded with the same thing over and over they just seem like they dont care I will be raising this to the government seems like many others on Reddit and other forum been having issues with them. I would like my money back!

      On January 9th i had gotten paid and out of no where $250 was taken out of my account. I dont even kno who they are. never heard of them. They took money that didnt belong to them. I have the reciept of where they took it out and i even tried to dispute it on my banking app. i have email and every email they sent me. I have the emails from my banking app. My bank denied my dispute and they were wrong for that. i had someone email me from revolut I told them they stole money from me and then refuseto even talk to me after i said that. they start sending me automated responses. I just want my money back. I already lost my car thanks tto them.

      On or about 12/18/2023 I received a phone call from a Well Fargo phone #. The man on *** phone knew everything about me. My Name, ***, address and debit card # and expiration date. He said he was from *** fraud department and that ***re was a pending charge in ***** on my account and wanted to know if it was mine. I said no. He said to verify that he was talking to *** correct person he needed *** 3 digit code on *** back of my card. I gave it to him. He sounded real. Then I received a text from ***** Fargo like he said I would and asked for *** code on that. On *** 3rd time I checked my online account and saw what had happened. I hung up and called ***** Fargo asap. Filed a fraud case and explained *** who situation. All in all ***** Fargo declined and told me to contact *** company. I did. They told me to sign up for ***re service and to let me know what account *** money went into. How am I to know? I was scammed!!

      I have been in constant contact with customer service via email and keep being told that unless I have the name or account number to which my money was deposited; there is nothing further they will do for me  they told me to contact my bank  which I have.  Or to contact the police. I have no faith in the small town police where I live. Im am at the point that I am giving up.  I have stopped answering my phone unless it is family as well

      I believe this is just a lost cause. I have lost faith in my bank ***** Fargo, whom I contacted within 5 minutes of the incident. Spoke with a police officer in my town and he told me to be more cautious next time.

      5 April 2023 Made a purchase from a scammer *************************, they took money and never sent clothing item, I contacted Revolut about scam but just went around in circles with them asking me for further proof when I had shown them everything, item promised in purchase, conversations and item I was suppose to receive etc. I felt ultimately Revolut just didn't want to refund so after spending hours on the matter I just closed my account in frustration as it was going nowhere, I almost felt just as scammed from Revolut as much as the supposed seller as they did not want to protect the buyer, in fact it seems they openly are encouraging scammers by their methods.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Revolut regarding a few concerns. First one pertains to their way of handling of my concern regarding false Merchant Category Codes (MCC) submitted by a company. Despite providing substantial evidence to support my claims, Revolut has failed to address the issue appropriately.On 11/06, I contacted Revolut's customer support team to report the suspicious activities of Lucky Red. I provided detailed evidence, including conversations where the company admitted to intentionally manipulating their MCC for personal gain. However, Revolut's response has been dismissive, and they have repeatedly denied my chargeback claims without conducting a thorough investigation with this new evidence I presented. As a customer, I am deeply concerned about the integrity and transparency of Revolut's services. The false MCC submitted by Lucky Red not only violates Revolut's policies but also compromises the trust and security of customers like myself. Despite my efforts to report this fraudulent behavior, Revolut has failed to take appropriate action, leaving me feeling abandoned and disregarded.I would appreciate your assistance in rectifying this matter and holding Revolut accountable for their inadequate response to my complaint and denying my right to a fair chargeback.       I was using revolut to receive some foreign currency in EUR. After a transaction, my account was "restricted" to perform including withdrawing money! I submitted all the documents and contacted the customer service multiple times. Everytime they just said "review" is ongoing without explanation when the review will be finished. I'm not able to withdraw money even cannot close my account! My money was locked. They simply steal money.

      My account was restricted for no reason people online have been saying it was because I had used Apple Pay so Revolut thinks its a suspicious purchase and red flags my *********** they have my money hostage I had made a refund to ******* Im unable to access my funds chat support is horrible Ive seen three live agents accept my help request and just close it with helping me I have the medal plan because I thought I would receive help 24/7 but apparently there busy with other customers because they decided to help customers thru live chat and not a dam phone number I can call to have this resolved unacceptable from Revolut I will definitely will not be using them in the future if they do decide to unfreeze unblock my account I just want my money they are holding hostage currently

      I have attempted to email Revolut several times over the past few months. I continue receiving emails claiming I have a Revolut Business account/membership or something from Revolut for businesses that have been closed since 2016. I am baffled and concerned that when my SSN was leaked, someone made a Revolut account.I'm receiving emails about Revolut Business to ************ and ************************ For closed businesses, HunnyHost.us and LustServers LLC.Nobody from Revolut ever replies to me, and I'm getting increasingly concerned that I will need a lawyer to get Revolut to explain why I am getting these emails. Is it just promotional emails that are meaningless? Or how does Revolut have names of businesses I owned in the past?

      Revolut contacted me to inform me that I have a negative account balance, despite the fact that they have performed no services for me whatsoever. I can neither look up the balance nor cancel services because their system will not accept my PIN. The system tries to inform me of other ways to log in, but these require providing information that I am not comfortable with sharing, such as a picture of my driver's license. Moreover, the language that ********************** uses in their messages in order to try to get money from me for services that they did not render are quite threatening. To quote directly: "If your balance is still negative tomorrow, we may attempt to recover the amount by:taking the equivalent value from money you hold in another currency withdrawing funds from your pockets or personal vault taking the amount you owe us from your stored card If we can't recover the money using one of the methods noted above, we might also refer your account to a third-party debt collection agency."I want no further dealings or communication with this alleged company.

      Although Revolut has contacted me via email, I have had no communication with them regarding whether they have complied with my demands. The most recent communication that I have had from Revolut was an email that they sent on September 14.  I have received two communications via email sent on September 6 from a particular member of customer support.  That person has indicated that the company wants to communicate with me via phone to answer security questions and discuss my alleged negative balance.  I see this as fruitless.  Since I mistrust Revolut in general, I am not willing to answer any security questions that they may have.  Moreover, since Revolut has not provided me with any meaningful service, I consider it pointless to check the status of my account, as I should not owe them anything.  I received at least three other communications via email from Revolut that seem to be automated.  One, sent on September 7, informed me that my account status has been downgraded due to the alleged negative balance.  Another, sent on September 9, was to inform me that someone from customer support would contact me (though this had already taken place).  The most recent, sent on September 14, was an attempt to incentivize me to have friends of mine open an account with **********************.

      I am writing to express my deep frustration and concern regarding an ongoing issue that has caused significant distress and financial hardship. On July 17, a sum of $460 was debited from my account under the pretext of a dispute initiated by a previous bank. However, I have been provided with conclusive evidence from the other bank that the said dispute has been unequivocally closed, and the funds were never received by them. I have taken all necessary steps to address this matter promptly. I reached out to Revoltas chargeback team, attempting to communicate the urgency and gravity of the situation. Regrettably, despite presenting irrefutable proof of the disputes closure, I have consistently been met with the response that the dispute is still in process. This blatant disregard for the evidence presented and the persistence of this error is both baffling and deeply concerning. Furthermore, I have received correspondence from the other bank affirming the closure of the dispute. Revolts too, has furnished the required documentation to validate the disputes resolution to the bank. Yet, every time I have sought clarification from Revolts customer service, specifically inquiring about escalating the matter to the chargeback team for a final resolution, I am met with evasive responses and a refusal to engage with the issue at hand.Compounding my distress, the erroneous charges have rendered my account in a negative balance with Revolts. As a direct result of this ordeal, refunds from emergent transactions that Revolts facilitated on my behalf have also been absorbed to offset the unjustified negative balance. This situation has resulted in severe financial strain and has significantly compromised my trust in Revolts commitment to its customers.

      Unfortunately, the matter remains unresolved as my account balance continues to reflect a negative amount.

      In the businesss response, they mentioned refunding my metal fee plan, but this action does not address the core issue of the negative balance on my account. I had attached my initial response to the business when they emailed me. It is clear that the businesss focus is not on resolving the issue at hand, but rather on expecting me to accept their stance and continue to pursue payment for a balance I do not owe.

      I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter further. It is frustrating to be in a situation where I am being expected to make payment for an amount that I am not responsible for. Your intervention would greatly help in ensuring a fair resolution.
