    I have the collar 3 for more than 6 months, and I have always been disappointed in the **** It takes a minimum of 5 minutes to connect when clicking lost dog mode. Once in lost dog mode, updates are a minimum of one minute apart, which makes tracking near impossible when the dog is chasing an animal. It has never tracked a walk correctly, even when it does happen to notice a walk. Notifications of dogs going outside virtual fence either never arrive, or it takes 5+ minutes. I was about to not renew when they announced the new collar 3+ with better/faster **** I bought that the day it came out and renewed my subscription (first couple days of June), and it was immediately back ordered. It now says the soonest it will ship is the beginning of August. So I am stuck with a product that doesn't work as discribed, and am paying for a useless subscription until the hopefully functional product arrives. The only thing in customer service that they offered wast to cancel my order if I wanted.

    I've had nothing but good experiences with Fi. Any time I've had a question or an issue, they've responded quickly to my email. When an order for a new collar was late, I reached out and they gave me a free month tacked on to my subscription! And they've been updating me weekly since to make sure I'm aware of my order's progress. The shipping is usually fast, the app works great, and I can trust that I can use the collar to make sure my dog is always where she's supposed to be, even if I have a friend or family member watching her. The activity tracking is just the icing on the cake!

    I purchased this collar a few months ago. It worked for about a month. It has not worked since. Tried to contact Fi and they finally sent me a new one, however that one did not work either. I have contacted Fi again and no one will return my emails because there is no phone support.

    I've been trying for over a week just to PURCHASE a dog collar. Website issues right off the get-go, unable to load the billing page. No problem, clear my browser history and cookies and try again. No dice, try different web browser, different computer, my mobile device. The web page says to contact their customer support. I did. We commenced to have a completely unproductive back and forth with them giving me suggestions that were unhelpful and sending broken pay links. After three days of unsuccessful 'help' from customer support, they went silent. 100% just stopped responding to my emails and messages on multiple platforms. After reading these reviews, I'm thinking I just dodged a HUGE bullet.

    Believe the reviews. My collars couldn't connect to the base and I can't get in touch with the company. The BBB rating is a D; however, it's mind boggling they don't have an F rating and can remain in business when they have such horrendous customer service. I paid for phone support but you can only access them through a link and the only way to access the link is through the app. Unfortunately, when you can't connect to the base, nothing else works.It's a great concept; however, the company is obviously poorly run. They don't feel customer service is important. Service is as important if not more important than product.

    Worst customer service ever. DO NOT use this product. If it works, it works but when it stops working they do not respond. I paid for a year subscription a week ago, our collar has since stopped working. It has been 3 days and they have not responded. There is not a phone number listed and the only customer service option is a chatbot. i am going to work with my bank to see if I can get my money back. Do NOT buy this product unless you don't mind losing money.

    I ordered my product on December 1 and received it on December 8. I accidentally ordered a puppy collar in size medium rather than a dog size medium. When I went to the website I could only send in a support ticket to which I never got a reply. There were also instructions on the return that I would have to buy the correct Collar before they would even consider a return so I did. That showed up today. I sent in another ticket realizing how long its been since my last ticket and I still havent heard anything. I tried contacting the company through their chat on their website as well as their chat on Instagram and also sent a ********* post to the cofounder. So far no responses. With zero support I just want to return it. When I went to set up the return today, it asked for a invoice number and I realized I never got an invoice. I only received a receipt for paying through PayPal. How are you supposed to return something when they dont send you an invoice but they require an invoice number? I seriously dont understand how this company is lasted as long as they have except for the fact that they sell product that they dont support. They have a disclaimer on their website that its a risk free trial and yet it is not. Now Im out close to $300. Dont make the same mistake guided

    Horrible customer service. Returns are not easy at all. I hate to fight to get them to send me info to return it. They dont have any phone number listed to actually talk to someone and wont call you.

    I wish I had looked here before purchasing. If that's what you're doing, now is your chance to not make the same mistake. As you will see in other reviews, they sell a very sub par product. The "gotcha", so to speak, is that they sell a multi-year subscription along with it that they refuse to refund any portion of when the collar stops working for no reason. Instead, they continue to try to upsell you on adding additional time to an already uselessly long subscription, or upsell to the next, more expensive models and plans. With the way mine stopped working almost to the day that it was out of 'warranty', and how others have had similar experience, it's almost like it was intentionally programmed to do so. At best, I would never, ever, recommend anyone give this company a ***** of your money. At worst, the timing of this happening to not only me but to others looks as though they need to be investigated. Just don't do it.

    I have the fi series 2 collar that I bought directly from the company. At first I was pretty pleased with this product. The battery only lasts about 5 days rather than the 3 months it advertises, but the *** function works well and has helped in a few situations where my dog got out. App is difficult to navigate. After about 1.5 years, my collar just stopped connecting to any networks. I reached out to customer service and after running some diagnostics they determined that the hardware in the device had stopped working properly. The warranty is only 1 year. My options were to upgrade to the newest version at a $40 discount or to buy another year long subscription for my current product for $99. In my opinion, they should have replaced the product. Their product malfunctioned and the only option is to spend more money on their products. Additionally, I prepaid for a 3 year long subscription of *** monitoring and they are not able to reimburse me for the remaining 1.5 years that I won't be able to use the collar. Poor product and poor handling of its failure in my opinion.
