    I purchased two year subscription with live 24/7 customer support. That support is actually a chat bot that only pushes to upgrade your subscription.I had to wait weeks to try to resolve initial issue (which Ive just realized is similar to ******* below, my FI attachments broke as people all over the internet say they do, and I wanted to keep the same subscription but get new attachments, but they say this isnt possible), but by the time that happened I had a clear sense that there was something really fishy going on. They never admitted that I was not getting what I contractually paid for in terms of support, let alone original issue. Their emails that you wait weeks for dont even address your concerns. I decided to wait out that year and just find another service. Cut to weeks before that subscription ended, they never emailed or alerted me that they would auto renew. But 2 weeks before it ended, boom, theres the charge.I called my credit card company to dispute but it hadnt posted yet, so they gave me the phone number to call as there is no support offered anywhere other than the chat bot whose job is to get you to sign up for a more expensive version.I called that number and its just an auto voice telling you to email, and then it hangs up. (Its akin to how ********** ******* customer service replies with a p*** emoji.)It is impossible to get support here, yet they are still advertising 7 day a week live customer support.Really quite scammy behavior and I cant recommend them to anyone. Sad, because when we first got it we loved it, but it really nose dived after year one.

    Horrible! I bought this as an extra layer of protection for my fur baby. The app will NOT open and I have done everything they asked me to do. I asked for a refund or new equipment to start brand new. I was told it won't work. I offered to pay the difference for the upgrade. I'm not asking for anything free just to have this fixed or refunded. As of now the collar is collecting dust. I wanted to love this collar so much but it's a disappointment. I've been corresponding with their support team for what seems like forever and no resolution in sight

    Subscription minimums after a month trail without being up front that there was a minimum subscription duration. Very scummy anti consumer practices

    Pure scam artists. Their product is absolute malfunctioning junk, and they make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel your subscription. This company is a pure SCAM.

    One of our Fi collars got destroyed. I have contacted Fi SEVERAL times. I simply want to know how I can get a new one while staying with my current subscription. I email support, and then wait over a week. Their response does NOT address my question. There have been several emails. In the meantime, my dog is unprotected and is a young hunting dog. Now I just want a refund on my subscription and be done with this company.

    I have been trying to cancel my subscription for 2 weeks now - the only way to cancel is to submit a request through their website. They promise a prompt reply, but they have yet to respond to THREE requests over this time period to cancel my subscription. Reading the other complaints here, I feel like they're waiting until my subscription renews to get back to me. Awful business, seems like such a scam.

    Horrible customer service. Received a collar that is not working. Have attempted to reach customer service, received a reply that had nothing to do with my problem. Have sent multiple help requests and to no avail, I have not received any help. No phone number for customer service. Cant believe a company this big does not own a phone.
