    There is no phone to call anyone. They tell you they will email you and it take about one week to get an email back. so you buy a collar if it doesnt turn on. good luck!

    I accidentally selected the wrong size when placing an order for the fi 3 collar w/ 1 yr subscription. I immediately contacted customer service and was told it was too late to make any changes since it had already shipped from their warehouse and was instead given a link to buy an additional collar. Mind you this was SUNDAY at 5am. I then asked to cancel my order entirely and received a vague response about how I can return the item for a refund if Im unsatisfied. I DONT WANT A COLLAR THAT DOESNT FIT AND HASNT SHIPPED I plan to dispute any and all related charges as soon as this posts. These people are crooks

    Horrible customer service. No phone help line and no response from email requests. I have been paying for service for 64 days and have not had service. The product is good but if it fails or you upgrade they is no one to help you.

    Really disappointed with this company. Placing the order was quick and easy, but trying to get them to respond to my email about returning my defective product has been a nightmare. I paid for the yearly membership and the device, and when it arrived it was defective- doesn't track properly and makes a rattling noise. I've contacted the company through their email support and facebook messenger and its been over 7 days and no response. I was on ******** and it looks like they post on there daily and there are so many customer complaints saying no one is responding back to them either. Unethical company. Stay away.

    I haven't had an issue until now. I sent an email to cancel all of my subscriptions weeks before one renewed. I received a reply asking how they could help make a payment easier. I replied back that I didn't want a promotion, I wanted all of my subscriptions canceled. The $106.00 payment was still drafted from my account. I should not have to tell a company more than twice to cancel subscriptions. This is ridiculous!! If you are looking to cancel, realize you have to tell them more than 3 times you want it canceled.

    No customer service - got billed for yearly subscription without any email confirmation - tried emailing, texting - no phone # to cancel. No way to cancel on the app. Shady way to do business. No response at all. Not a way to run a business.I will have to do a dispute with AMEX now.

    Fi needs to seriously rethink their technical support, because what they have now is not just inadequate, its neglectful. My dogs collar has been offline for three days and I have barely received an acknowledgment from your team and the live chat is never available. At this point in their growth they either need to include a tier where people can pay extra for the most basic and prompt tech-support they deserve, or they need to invest in more people, particularly when its the lives of our beloved dogs at stake. Their CEO had the audacity to chide complaining customers because they were overloading their email server, which is the singular method they provide for tech support. Ridiculous.

    YIKES!!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Watch out. This business did a Black Friday sale for 50% off. Except it was ONLY off the first monthly payment. NOT the collars. And of course they posted NOWHERE about it. They only advertised 50% off with no description. It led many customers to believe the entire bill was 50% off. And of course with a clock ticking down in the corner of the screen, it seemed to push people to feel they had to buy or lose out on this AMAZING deal. They also sent out an email claiming this was their best deal of the year but just had a 20% off (of the entire bill) for Labor Day. Lies and misleading.

    They have not been giving me (email? standard mail?) receipts for the payments I've been making in the past year. I've been requesting a copy for months now - they only do email - and they have been saying they don't have the ability to show me receipts - only screenshots of the records from their end? This seems so fishy for a business to not be able to 1) answer a phone call for issues, then 2) not show receipts when requested.
