    I had Vista Logos create a logo I planned to use for a small business after seeing some 5 star reviews December 2022. ***************************** was the one who did the logo, and I bought it for 1 year. Later they called wanting me to pay extra to get trademark or copyrights. I didnt do that due to the fact I fell ill and was not able to do the business. So I had never actually used the logo. Now I am getting harassed that I need to either give them $1.5k+ or have the logo removed from my IP which I did not know it was under. Theyre saying if I do not do this I am eligible to be sued starting at $75k. Now when I look up their business everyones reviews say its a scam, that everything thats happening to me is happening to them, and that they are fraud. I do not know what to do or if I need to pay a bunch of money to avoid being sued. Please help!

    1/1/23 - Contacted Vista Logos to create website and logo 3/10/23 - Vista Logos upsold me on Trademark for Logo 7/15/23 - Vista Logos forced me into buying copyright 1/15/24 - removed website and logo from complete existence, built a new website and created a new logo myself 9/23-4/15/24 - Constant calls and texts threatening me that if I don't finish copyright I will have to pay *****, they will turn me over to the state.Complete harassment to the point of wanting to ***

    Three years ago I bought what I believed to be a one time product in form of a simple logo with a few clicks and exchanges per email concerning the suitability of the design online.Suddenly I am being told that I owe almost 800 dollars in legal fees and do not even own the logo anymore. I can tell you that I, as a student, would never have purchased a dumb little logo for what turned out to be a total cost of 900+ dollars, had I been informed of this nonsense three years ago. I signed nothing, nor was I advised of any of this.This company is a scam and now it appears it intends to harass me with this insanity. Can someone please make this company go away and stop preying on innocent people who go into this believing they are requesting a simple service?

    I purchased a small business package and they never fully delivered the products. They continuously tried to upsell me. The website they created was a disaster. They blamed it on the hosting service. They continuously keep trying to get me to pay them for the logos they designed for me, after I paid quite a bit to have them design them. I keep hearing from "***************************" who represents himself as an attorney; but I cannot find him as an attorney in the New York State Bar.

    I paid this company to design a logo. The logos were not what I was looking for. I told the customer service person that they completely missed the ***** I wouldn't be using them, and I did not want any further involvement in the creation. I never approved a logo for registration.All was well. Until now over a year later, I get a text message saying they are going to take legal action against me over the name of the company I had logos created for. Threatening to take me to court and claiming I am committing a Federal crime.It is an attempt to get me to pay them more money to register copyrights for something I don't want or need. I have the email to prove it.

    We reached out to create a logo from Vista Logos and they have since created it and provided us the file. They have since then contacted us stating we needed to pay 1000 more dollars for additional services and if we didnt do them they would continue to call over and over. Today got a threating text message from phone number ********** stating we are illegally using the logo they created for us. Name of *************************** ~Senior Legal Officer~

     They texted me from another phone number threatening lawyers and courts and cease and desist.  Have not got any actual orders in mail and they did not mention the case directly

    The company was hired to create a new logo design along with multiple other items, website design, SEO, reservation service, which they failed to deliver on any useful items for marketing. The brochures were all incorrect, business cards had the wrong information on them, all social media attempts were for incorrect location, SEO attempts were all spam accounts from people in *****. Now they have started calling and harassing in an attempt to get us to pay more money claiming a copyright infringement with a $75,000 lawsuit attached. They called late at night harassing us for over $3000 to pay immediately claiming trademark and copyright agreements. There were no contracts made/signed, only paid invoices, which now their billing portal is shutdown with no access. They have provided no paperwork or binding agreement to show any of their claims. No paperwork has been mailed to me nor any email whatsoever has been exchanged. These are all false claims with no base to file on.

    I had Vista Logo create a logo for my business. When I was closing my business, they reached out stating that I had to pay them to close the logo. I paid them $320 to close it. In December, they reached out stating I owed them more money to cancel the logo in order for them to resell it. They charged me another $800. I refused to pay them anymore and said I was going to seek legal counsel. After a heated discussion, they stated they were going to cover the remaining costs. There was no other communication until yesterday when they called and told me I owed another $1,400 or they would press charges for lack of payment. None of the charges were processed through the same company name. They are trying to use fear to take money from people and they are trying to take me for all they can.

    Vista Logos was hired to develop a company logo for me. I paid in full but was not happy with the work performed and I never used the logo(s) they provided.Approximately one year later Vista Logos continues to harrass me with email and phone concerns concerning ongoing payment I must make to reserve the right to use the logo they created (which was a work for ****) and I am not even using, nor ever have used, the logo they created.They are are informing to complete some Federal filing process around the intellectual property, which there is none in the logo the created. I feel this is another attempt by Vista Logos to harrass me and scam me out of more money.In my research online, they have consistent 1 star ratings (lowest ratings) including from your own BBB site. I should have done my homework before spending money on Vista Logos, but it this point I am asking BBB for help to have Vista Logos stop Harrass me and operating under deceptive business practices.-JP

    I started a business in June, 2022 and with that created a logo through VistaLogos. I was contacted by their legal department with regards to purchasing a trademark and subsequently a copyright on the logo. I paid for what they told me was a "lifetime trademark," however for the past several months I keep getting texts from them telling me to take the logo down immediately or I would be in violation of copyright laws and threatening legal action. I stopped using the logo months ago (it wasnt what I wanted anyway) yet they still text threats to me. I can see from other BBB complaints that this is what they do. It is criminal and should be stopped. I have blocked the number and will consult with an attorney.
