  This place is nothing but a scam filed to issues I am having with my home and keep giving me excuses they can't find technicians or anything but they offer a reimbursement which can take up to 30 days to get your money back. Why pay for a service if you're going to have to pay for it out of pocket anyway and take a chance on not getting your money back. Spend your money elsewhere if anyone wants to join in a class action lawsuit against them be watching for it because I'm fixing to file it! You call and they give you the runaround never a straight answer. They are nothing but con artist with empty promises and lies..

  Worst company ever to do business with. I dont even know why they are still in business. Not trustworthy, full of lies. I will never recommend them to anyone on the entire world. They are just after money. I prepaid 5 years in advance. The first issue I had was plumbing last year September. I called and was told that they will send a company to get the estimate and have it fixed. They sent 2 companies who quoted them around $4000 each. They found it expensive. I waited from September until December, no solution. Then I called them in the mi December to cancel the policy, get my refund and hire my own plumber. I was transfer to the resolution team where I spoke with a lady called ***. She told me not to cancel the policy but to hire my plumber and send them the invoice for an 80% reimbursement of the total ****. That is what I did. At the end of December, I sent the invoice and didnt hear from them. I contacted *** again in January and she said to send the invoice to her email. I did but up to todays date August 17th, no email, no call and no refund. I called them again today, now they are telling me that they cannot transfer me to *** and a so called manager there what to offer me $200 as refund after all this waisted time and no work done to resolve my issue. I paid $1065 out of pocket to get this fixed compare to the $4000 other company were asking them but they still dont want to reimburse me. This is not fair, it is not normal. I want my refund immediately. The second so called manager simply hang up on me a minute ago. This company is not worth staying in business. They are crooks with no steady business ethics. It seems like everyone says what they want. I want a peaceful resolution for now. If they dont want to refund me, the next step is to let my lawyer handle this.

  One of the worst insurance company. Please stay away from them.Sales gave a rosy picture but reality *****. I had my AC issue. Called scheduled a technician, no one showed, called again and rescheduled with another one, they didn't show up. Finally decided to cancel the policy but resolution **** said we will take care. Scheduled another technician , they came and investigated that there is leak in the system and needs to be fixed. How services club denied the claim bcz leak is considered as an existing issue. Finally after 3 weeks of frustration, tireless calls, paid 65 dollars copay, lost 60 dollars for the cancellation.
