      So far so good, haven't had to file any claims yet which is great but that's when we start to see how amazing a company is when you need what you have been paying for. All other transactions have gone smoothly.

      My experience was a great one. My agent was very helpful throughout the whole process. He communicated very frequently, and was prompt with follow-**** He was very knowledgeable, and clarified anything I didn't understand. I was able to get what I needed, and would recommend to anyone because they're superb.

      Great experience. Got what I needed, quickly and easy. Great and responsive customer service. Took the hassle out of changing our insurance carrier. Rates much better than the 2 brokers I was working with who took days to get what CoverWallet provided in less than an hour.

      I started using cover wallet a few years ago for my business. I am a real estate investor/property manager. I brought our entire portfolio to coverwallet and the customer service was a 5/10. The website wasn't that good either but I ignored that because the pricing was fair and I hadn't needed to make a claim. I recently purcahsed 2 properties that will need heavy repairs. I explained this to my broker in detail and he recommended a policy that would cover the repairs so I thought. We paid for it months ago, and as we were in the process of plumbing the property someone broke in and cut all of the electrical wires costing us over $12k in damages. Our policy was a basic one according to the insurance company (****** ****** ********* *********) and only covered damages made by thieves exiting the property. This was never brought to our attention prior and our "broker" didn't know this as well. Such a terrible experience all around. Will be moving all of my accounts from both companies. They'll gladly take your money but not be there for you when you need them most. Lesson learned.
