      I'm not 85 and my life insurance policy matured May 15, 2025. Letters have gone back & forth.Last March 17 AGLI acknowledged receipt of my cash option request and the maturity date and a check will be processed at that time.March 31 AGLI sends more forms to verify the manner of my distribution but acknowledge that May 15 must arrive before they proceed.Having not received a check I started phone calls on July 7th and have gotten nothing but runaround for the following week. Need a good lawyer, and judging that there are 33 previous nonpayment claims against them we need a class action lawsuit to put these bad actors out of business.

      Just like all of the rest of the consumers have said, *** is a total scam company. I have been an attorney for 24 years and have numerous bad faith cases involving them. Had I known that ******* uses them for car insurance, I would never have wasted my money with buying car insurance through *******. Of course they denied the claim. I provided them EVERY document that I could get from ******, the rental car agency in ******** and they still denied the claim. I asked them to contact the rental car company with exactly what additional information was needed, as I am not in possession of any more documents. They refused to do so, despite other insurance companies doing so as regular course of business. If you have been shafted by ***, I suggest that you contact a local attorney who is licensed in federal courts and who is familiar with bad faith lawsuits against insurance companies. There is a strong basis for a class action against *** and they would be required to pay treble damages (triple the amount of the damage) along with potential punitive damages. This is a plan, scheme, and design by *** to fraudulently deny any claims filed with them. Other insurance companies have been held liable for less offensive and obvious conduct.

      If I could this would be a negative 5 star review!!I have been dealing with an AppleCare Loss claim for 2 months. They denied the claim because ****** was turned off two weeks prior to the claim. This was turned off for a repair at the *********** and then turned back on upon pick up. I have shared screen shots and other proof this what happened. I have also shared proof that it is still currently in lost mode. Not sure what else they could possible want. Absolutely insane, this process has been a nightmare. They take over a week to reply to emails. and phone calls get you nowhere, because the insurance agents are "independent". I am leaving a review here and will be sending info to the CA DOI. Oh and I am still paying for the AppleCare coverage!

      I could give this place negative stars I would. What's the point in purchasing travel insurance, if they're not gonna reimburse you if you get sick and have to cancel. I purchased insurance from this company for a trip I was supposed to take that I paid nearly $900 for. I ended up with the stomach flu right before the trip and because I didn't go to the doctor, they won't reimburse me. Who goes to the doctor for a stomach virus? Who travels on a bus with 60 other people with a stomach virus? So I am completely out the cost of the trip and the cost of the insurance. They didn't even offer a credit or any of my money back. Wow! I'm still in disbelief.

      I leave a zero if I could. My mother only had a small policy $5000. I sent in the paperwork with the death certificate. Everything they required two weeks later they still have not processed the claim when I called them they said there's no way to expedite it. My mother has been sitting at a funeral home for two weeks while I'm waiting to have enough money to pay to pick her up. Do not get insurance through them if you expect them to pay you. They do not process claims quickly at this point. I'm not sure they will ever pay it.

      This company is a complete SCAM!!! I paid for ********** plus and I was transferred back and forth from ***** to *** because no one was competent enough to do their job. This lasted 2 days and a total of ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* there are several addresses that I gave them which is completely INCORRECT. They want to take your money but when it comes to filing a claim they are committed INSURANCE FRAUD by making up addresses that were NEVER given by customer and making it seem like the claim cannot be filed because the other super secret address cannot be identified. I tried all the addresses I had in the past 10 years however I only use ONE address for everything and it is my parents house ******************** etc I cannot believe that such a huge company like ***** would contract out to a fraudulent company like *** instead of having in house workers that can file a claim for a lost phone. After speaking to multiple representatives, I have been hung up on, my time has been disrespected, I wasted hours and days of my time with no resolution, and the representatives couldnt even transfer me to a manager because I couldnt identify this secret address that I NEVER GAVE THEM!!! They just made up some address and expect me to guess it!!! Unacceptable!!! This company has to have a class action lawsuit against them for committing insurance fraud and mistreatment of customers

      Company scammed my dying father into getting a policy knowing it would never reach maturity. My sister and I never knew any full information about policy. When he passes and I called they wouldn't give me full information. And confirmed the original amount of the policy. When they received information of what was expected for them to pay for the funeral they never called to tell us the amount we would actually get. Even on other times I called never saying the amount would be less. Then when it's time to pay the funeral home now they say his policy was never at maturity. So I'm left to pay everything. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Terrible and rude people who deal with claims. Would definitely say they prey on sick and dying people. If you have a ill family member make sure they don't use this company.

      Last week I recieved a letter that my maturity date of my policy was incorrect. Originally it was 2048 and they changed it to 2079. I would be 118 yrs of age before maturity. So I decided to do a Surrender of Policy. So I am closing the account. I put in $2996.40 over 40 months. They are only returning $711.00. This company takes full advantage of Seniors. I would never recommend them to my worst enemy. They are getting rich off us Seniors

      I dont even want to give it a 1 star, more like a NEGATIVE 1,000,000+.My mom has life insurance with them since before I was born (43 years). They wont call you EVER. They wont inform you that youre now using your cash credit to pay your balance cause it increased and they made NO attempt to inform you of it. We set up auto payment and they didnt do it. We did it again and got a letter saying it would take effect in OVER A YEAR. Their auto phone voice thing doesnt work 1/2 the time or you finally get a real person and they pretend not to be able to hear you. They are a rip off. Go with someone else. See if your auto insurance offers life and get it through them!
