      Very frustrated with **** Due to an airline strike, my husband and I lost the opportunity to take a fully paid cruise. I promptly filed my claim. I have received zero communication from *** regarding this claim, except for an email confirming my claim had been filed. It is almost two months later, even the airline that caused this debacle has refunded me the airfare, but ***? Nothing, no status, no communication, nothing. *** tried calling them several times, and all I get is a statement that our claim is in work. Ive been trying to do my part, I have been trying to ask if any additional documentation is required, but I am not allowed to actually speak with the person working our case. I have only gotten to a young woman whose job it appears to be to prevent me from obtaining information. Pleasant as she is, it is an infuriating way to be treated. I have asked to speak with a supervisor but was stunned when they said they will call me back in a number of days. This is not how customers should be treated. Especially customers who have done business with them for more than thirty years. How can they stay in business being this completely unresponsive?

      I had a full coverage policy. Last year In ****** I developed Macular Degeneration and could not see. I needed help getting back to ********. I called *** and was told Sorry we can not help. I guess Sudden blindness is not covered.

      When I called *** I was told my claim was some thing we dont cover. That is why I did not file a claim. The above statement encourage you to file a claim is totally Faults.

      *** is committing fraud. They have held up a claim for a lost iPhone stating that the Find My app was turned off. The app was on until the day their representative told my daughter to turn it off! Now they wont process the claim, stating the Find My should have remained on! ***** has chosen to partner with *** for replacing lost iPhones. This has been a two week process and no less than 10 hours on the phone with ***** and *** and hours from work missed and still nothing being done by ***. They gave wrong email addresses for my daughter to send information to, their calls have been disconnected in the middle of the call (with a supervisor). I have spent hours on the phone, my daughter has filed three claims due to representatives giving her incorrect information. WHAT DO WE DO? We did what they told us to do and they still ask for the same info! Its fraud on the insurance side! They said we need a letter from ***** saying when the Find My was turned off ***** says that was emailed we didnt receive the email.Need help!

      I lost my iPhone 8/06/2022, made the claim on 06/08/2022 and today 08/15- I STILL DO NOT HAVE an answer. I have called every single day with no answer besides "You will receive an email in 3-5 business days. Absolutely terrible service. I cannot believe ***** has this company handling "Theft and Loss" claims- not even BBB accredited?!? Terrible service!!! Even worse communication.

      I have file a claim for my replacement Apple iPhone 12 July 24, 2022. the replacement phone is taking more than it is suppose to. Its been 3 business day and I require my phone to be for Work. They still havent sent my tracking info for my phone. However they were able to deduct the fees from my account. Now they are telling me it will take 5 business to get my tracking information. This company is worst when it comes to handling insurance claims

      I hoped to take a cruise but the cruise ship had unexpected engine issues that could not be repaired by the departure date. *** was used for my flight insurance. Since the cruise was not happening, I wanted to cancel the insurance. The timing was bad. *** wanted q5 days notice but I only had 14. They took my money anyway. Hundreds of dollars for a flight I cancelled. The airline gave me a refund. *** ROBBED ME as far as I'm concerned. If you are looking at travel insurance and it's from ***, don't take it. Get insurance somewhere else. They know travel is out if your hands sometimes and don't care!
