      This company is a rip off. I have filled out the same paperwork twice. Then I got another letter today wanting me to fill out again. Tired of dealing with them. Going to hire an attorney to see what they can do. Then they can pay for my attorney and court cost. The Better Business Bureau don't even recommend them. I would not recommend them to anyone. My Mom passed away in June and here it is November.

      Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money on this company. I bought insurance for my flight since at the moment I didnt know if I was going to be promoted to a new position or not so to be safe I bought it. Turns out its not part of a reason for a reimbursement. The also claimed they would respond back in ***** business days and it took them way longer. Never again!

      I have owned a life insurance policy and annuity for 30+ years with American General Life Insurance now known as *** or Corebridge Direct. I have treid for months to contact someone, anyone, via email and phone, from the company to assist me with my annuity. I have called numerous phone numbers, just to name a few : ************ ************ 888.517.9779 888.978.5371 844.452.3832 858.309.3000 NOBODY is willing to help me. I have even had a few say that I am NOT a policy holder. I provided the policy number, my SSN, and documents proving such. There has to be someone available to talk with the clients!! It is ridiculous the amount of HOURS that I have spent on the phone for NO HELP! I am just asking for assistance from anyone who may know who the CORRECT person is to contact. It's like a covert operation trying to track this company down!

      I put a claim in for my son's accident in July this year and they have not resolved the claim stating that they don't have enough adjusters because some people retired. That's not my issue I have called at least 20 times and the customer service agent continues to give the same excuse. It is so frustrating .

      *** has put me and my life insurance policy thru fraudulent practices. First, a few years ago, they changed my beneficiary to two random people I never heard of. Someone internally made the change, I just happen to see it when logging in to my policy. Then, they claimed they received annual payment for my policy this year, when I never actually made a payment. This took a week of back and forth to get the fake payment cleared, and a real payment posted to my account. Then a double payment was made, because the tracking info and record of the previous payment was not found after making the payment, and calling ***. Still waiting on a refund of the double payment. Lastly, someone at ******** bridge changed my address! Without my consent. This is unethical and fraudulent.

      On September ******* I paid for a new device and it was to be sent to the wrong address On October ****** I was told it was delivered to my old address which it should not have been ! Mailing address Upon speaking to ***** she told me and an apple *** that *** sent it to wrong address.And also I told her fed ex delivered to the wrong house so go get it ! Ask for some ID ! It never happened ! And now today after being told to wait 7-14 business days ! I still dont have the phone I paid for ! October *******

      American Express works with *** to provide coverage for stolen cell phones. My phone was stolen on public transit and I filed a claim and provided the required documentation. The claim person completely ignored my submissions and said a claim cannot be processed without things that do not make any sense, like a claim from our automobile insurance and a repair estimate. My auto insurance has exactly nothing to do with a phone stolen on public transit, and it is impossible to get a repair estimate for a stolen phone. I pointed this out, and their agent ignored what we send, and asked for things that do not make any sense over and over again. We also sent in the completed forms, she ignored them, and asked for the same form over and over again while completely ignoring our documents or providing any help. When we asked for a supervisor instead, we never got that, but just got the same stonewalling.I gave them two stars instead of one star because after ************************************************************************************************************************************************** by physical mail. The claim then went through. So perhaps if you must deal with this company, try mailing documents if you get stonewalled.We switched our cell phone bill to a different credit card that we hope uses a different company for insurance coverage. I hope Amex gets rid of these people and gets a company that actually tries to help customers--at least from our experience, that is NOT ****

      F*** this company. I caught COVID before my trip and had insurance, but they wouldn't refund my losses because they made the claim process insanely ridiculous. I am absolutely NOT okay with this. I will be pursing other options to prevent this business from taking advantage of people that cannot afford their highway robbery!!

      This is by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with. So unprofessional. I'm so disappointed and frustrated with how my claim has been handled. It's been going on for over a month at this stage, trying to get a refund for an unexpected flight that I had to take due to my brothers death. This entire process has been incredibly overwhelming, especially during such a difficult time for my family.

      Had an insurance policy with *** for 30 plus years paid my premiums every month they quadrupled my policy and I can't afford my policy any more because I am retired on a limited income and I am having to default my policy would not recommend this company to anybody AKA *******************
