      Disability has never called me back. I leave polite *******s and claims rep ******* always says I'm away from desk or out of office.This has been going on since last week. Claims rep has never called back.They say on phone they will call back in 2 hrs and claims rep still not in.Very sad way to run a business.

      If I could leave a negative star rating I would but it wont let me This place is horrible. Been out with kidney stones since March, claims didnt start till May for some reason. My claim manager is ******* and neither I nor my company has been able to reach her. Her voicemail says she does not know when she will be in again. Ive spoken to customer service who cant seem to get a hold of her or her manager and I still have no answers 5 months later. I have not received any disability funds, using all my annual leave up and living on half a paycheck with myself, wife and 5 kids.The person I spoke to today said that the request for an extension was faxed several weeks ago and they have not received anything back yet. I asked him if they called the dr and he said they only fax. I gave him the direct number and a person to speak to for the doctors office. Doubt they will get that right either.Hold times are 2+ hours and I still get no answers. When I leave a message I still get no calls back. This company is horrible. My union rep will definitely be hearing about this as well.
