      The service has been aweful! ****** contracts out to Handy installation work, who contracts it to local installers. I was supposed to have a installation on Saturday Oct 1 which I purchased from ****** for my garage door opener which I purchased from ******. However, nobody showed up despite my repeated phone calls and text messages. Then after discussing with Handy representatives on the phone they rescheduled it to today at a difficult time for me to manage but I decided that it was important to get this done and agreed to it. Then this morning they said that the profession would not be able to come today and rescheduled for October 6th from 5PM-8PM. I received a message this morning from Handy that "We are sorry but due to a last-minute pro call off, we rescheduled your upcoming booking to start between 5PM and 8PM (a very unacceptable time!) on October 6" with no prior notification. I will never use ****** or Handy again and I urge others not to do it as well.

      Scam gig app, not to be trusted, lured me to do a job for $150 bonus, did my job yet they stiffed me and I had to fight for the few dollars that I earned originally, a lot of good business models could have been adopted but they choose the easy one, promise people collect money stiff people no one is counting how many promises this business broke, and no one is going to court over $150 , hope you last less than you plan make a big mistake and get held accountable

      After seeing all of the same results in these reviews from others regarding this company. This company should not have any representation affiliation with any other businesses. This company should be investigated for not having the accountability, reliability and dependability of customer satisfaction, quality services, and delivery expectations. I am also an unsatisfied customer that was referred to ********************* Professionals from a ******* order. From a no-show, then the cancellation at the last minute, this company has the audacity to have a "Handy Happiness Guarantee". Such a MISREPRESENTATION and DECEPTIVE STATEMENT!!!

      If I could give zero stars and a thumbs down I would. Scheduled a tv mounting install was reschedule 3 times. The first time when installer was suppose to show up he apparently cancelled and rescheduled it 5 minutes before due to arrive, then I had to contact handy to find that out. Second time was supposed to come Saturday as discussed on the phone with installer and he agreed, never showed up, contact him and he goes oh well lets do it again Sunday. I was so mad after taking time off and lost wages I use Best Buy instead. Pathetic of ****** to use such a ****** service provider. Terrible service, terrible customer service and will never ever have ****************** or its installers do any work for me.

      I was in the hospital 6 days for treatment and recovering from a serious illness. Near my release I decided to order a lift chair to assist my recovery at home. I ordered the chair, a warranty, and assembly, from a popular furniture sales site. I returned home. 2 days later the chair arrived in 3 large boxes. I received an email from Handy Company a person would arrive the next day. I was told to place the item where it would assemble(living room), what hour a person would arrive and to stay in a different room when the person arrived. The next day in the hour a person was to arrive an email arrived to postpone the service for 4 days. That again happened a second time. In the last hour of the 3rd appointment I received an email to say the assembly was completely canceled and I'd receive a refund to my account in 5-7 days. I assembled it myself, while still recovering. 2 weeks went by and I emailed asking "where is my refund"? I was told the refund had been sent to another. I was told to go to the seller of the chair and inquire. I complained ************ by Handy Company. Now they say "a refund will come from the seller in 5-7 days". Handy Company knew my address and my name. They could have easily sent me a check. Now I must wait 7 more days and who knows what will happen then. POOR SERVICE by Handy Company.

      Appointment to reseat a toilet... canceled on me 3 times. Scheduled through *****. Been without toilet for almost a week, peeing in the bushes out back. Number 2 has been risky as there are snakes out there. No help from the 800 number. They're the WORST.

      I ordered a stove and hood from *******. I paid for haul away and installation and that was passed on to Handy. They laughably refer to their people as "Professionals". I disconnected the stove in time for my installation. One NO SHOW and four CANCELLATIONS later I still have no stove after 3 weeks. You won't get anywhere with customer service, unless you want excuses and false promises.

      WORST company ever. Please STAY AWAY from this company. They wasted my whole day on waiting for no one.I booked an appointment with Handy through ****** ****. ****** **** notified me that there's issue with my Central A/C and I realized my AC is not working well. I opened Handy account and made a booking with Handy on a Tuesday. I called PTO on my job just sitting at home and waited Handy pro to come to take a look at my AC. The tech never came and marked my job as completed, so they may charge me for $74. I called Handy and Handy told me that they guaranteed the tech will come with 4 hours window. I was on phone with Handy customer service for about 2 hours arguing why they could **** my booking as completed when nobody ever showed up. Handy provided me the company that would do my case and I called. The company told me that they never received any information about this booking from Handy. I called back to Handy customer service asking for refund again and they refused saying the 4 hours window hasn't been up and the booking has been completed. I had to argue with them for another 30 minutes for refund and they finally refunded. HORRIBLE experience. STAY AWAY!!!

      I was on the phone with handy for over 3 hours today. Just trying to find out when someone would be out to put my order together. They were suppose to be here today, per the email. However, ever single person that I talked to, couldn't find my order or would send me to different people who were rude. I am surprised that this company is even in business or has contracts with other businesses. ****** ******* and the others shouldn't subject their customers to such a disgusting group of fraudulent desolations. I can see why they aren't accredited with the BBB.

      I ORDERED SOMETHING FROM ******* TO BE HUNG ON MY WALL.I TOOK WHOLE DAY OFF WAITING FOR THEM.THEY CHANGED TIME 4 TIMES.I CALLED THE PRO HE SAID HE WOULD BE RIGHT OUT.THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.BEWARE.
