      Who are these guys? Paid for refrigerator install service over month ago. Kept changing the schedule more than dozen times. Keep away from this company

      Second time that the Handy pro didn't show up for the appointment. Called the customer service number, they couldn't contact him so they said they can reschedule for 48 hours from now. How is that helpful? I needed someone today, not 48 hours from now. Waiting on a call back from a supervisor, doubt I will get it.

      I emailed the company to let them know that I was completely dissatisfied with the customer service I received from a representative. I chatted with a ******** who showed me that they lack customer service skills. He/She told me I was being “sarcastic” and to “get to the point” when I clearly stated what my concern was about in my initial message. He/She asked me to “elaborate” and that’s what I was trying to do, type out my elaboration, but he got impatient and told me to “get to the point” in the middle of me trying to keep up and see what is being said and see what I am actually typing. Very unapologetic, dismissive, impatient and rude! I’ve never had that kind of experience speaking with a customer service representative. They are supposed to set the tone for the company and ensure the customer experience is exceptional. They need to learn how to choose their words better.
      I told them that I cannot do business with this company especially if this is how you all ALLOW your employees to talk to customers. I just don’t think I’d feel comfortable reconciling issues. I was so upset. I requested a refund and they have YET to process it or respond to my email. I will not be using this company for anything after that experience and I will encourage others not to!

      I’ve been trying to get my garbage disposal installed for over a month. Already paid for the part and installation. Handy has rescheduled me over ten times over the last month. I have all the emails and text messages to prove it. Today was supposed to be the day they finally made things right but, of course, nobody shows up today to install. I’m at a lose at this point. Everytime I call handy all they do is reschedule me and then nobody ends up coming. I’m a 100 percent disabled veteran and can install myself. Shame on this company and shame on you ***** ******** (CEO) for letting something like this take place. Zero stars… do better.

      I purchased this at checkout through ****** to have my TV and mount hung. The first time it was scheduled, the pro cancelled 2 hours before the scheduled time. The app rescheduled again, and then the pro no-showed so I called Handy customer service. They apologized and rescheduled again and promised it'd be done on that new date (today). That brings us to today, the pro cancelled last minute again. I called customer support and they said there was nothing they can do. I asked if they would reach out to their pros list and try and get someone assigned today. They said that is not possible and they cannot help me.
      So here I am $100 out with no service and no support. Extremely disappointed.
      I 100% suggest not using Handy, which is no fault of ******, but I definitely recommend after my experience and the review of others that ****** reevaluate their contract and partnership with Handy.

      Unreliable providers and cancellations You cant rely on a scheduled booking to happen. We had a cancellation 30 minutes prior to our appointment and being 9 months pregnant, we were really counting on the help. Our first booking had several changes by the service providers leading up to the appointment. Our second appointment was a cancellation 30 minutes prior to our appointment time. They also take 40% of the fees paid to the providers, so no wonder they cancel so frequently. The app is confusing to use and never yields and results for even the most basic requests. We are being forced to maintain a 3 month subscription fee or pay $99 to cancel. Useless service.

      Similar to all of the other experiences, we had an appointment scheduled weeks in advance cancelled at the last minute. **************** was unhelpful and hung up the phone on us on multiple occasions. We rescheduled and the person was a no show again. This time we spoke with a manager who also hung up on ** when we asked to do more than reschedule (like call the professional to make sure he wanted the job this time). Completely unreliable and awful customer service.

      The website does not give you a statement of your account. Had a $240 credit for a service, there credit is gone, as well as a $40 referral credit. They charged me for services and then the services were cancelled. Getting a hold of customer service is a nightmare. Everytime my phone locks, the chat deletes. Finally able to get the number for customer service and it sends me to *****. I love the person who cleans my house but never again using this provider.

      This company is horrible. You pay for installation services and all they do is steal your money and NEVER contact you. I've had to call ****** installation services 3 times and Handy transfered me around to multiple people and then hung up on me and didn't bother to call back. Do you think they did what they were supposed to and scheduled me for service??? Haha. That's a joke. NOPE. DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT EVER USE THIS ****** COMPANY.

      If you buy anything online and have them install or put something together for you using a service called Handy just say no and find your own local handy man. After several last minute reschedules over several weeks, they just cancelled on me. Then after 1.5 months of not refunding me, I finally had to have Wayfair get on with them to get them to send me a check that is going to take another 5 weeks to get to me. What a sham of a company, who in this day and age takes 5 weeks to process a refund for a service they didn't provide. DO NOT USE Handy!!!
