      Ordered mistakenly at the wrong restaurant that shares an identical name but in a city over 400 miles away. I called immediately to cancel and they claimed that the order was already prepared and the restaurant would have to agree to refund. I called the restaurant and they agreed. I called Slice back and they claimed that the restaurant told them they would not refund. I called back and they said that the order was now already made and that Id have to talk to Slice. Slice then said theyd call the restaurant and they said that they wouldnt refund. Back and forth we went. After spending 45 minutes on the phone they finally refunded my order. It didnt have to be that complicated and I would like a formal apology for the hassle which should have been an otherwise easy transaction.

      If I could give this company a negative zero I would. In life there are mistakes we all make because were human . I was up all night at a wedding , I didnt have my car for delivery so I order food. These people were the company offered cheap price so I took it. Again I made a mistake and put 3 not 36 for my address. So I called and they refused to refund me or resent another item. The driver did not verify with who ever he gave the food to just to be sure or contact me about anything. So breakfast after a wedding and a wild night was not happening for me. I am very disappointed in the service provided to me through this service. I am not a habitual customer that request refund or anything. It was my first time order and I was willing to spend my money and tip the driver on the app for doing nothing. I want a refund and I have asked and the answer was no. The women in customer service says shes transferring me to someone else and hung up the phone. She didnt even have the courtesy to transfer me . She didnt even have the professionalism to hang the situation but not only did she not have it, the company has no protocols to provide back up policies that will be able to ease the customer after calling to complain. The lady had to resort to hanging up because this company is not in business for the right reasons. I called the restaurant that made my food and thank god he understood and send me the food to the right address. This company will make restaurants look bad for this. Long story short, YOU GUYS SUCK!!

      . I ordered pizza from Oggis in Cambridge and Slice sent proof of delivery. To the wrong house! And they continued arguing that its the right house. I am down the cost of two pizza, delivery and tip. I have the picture of the house they delivered it to. Its not the house that was on the order.

      I've been using the app for a few years with only minor issues, but this year, just after I was again entitled to a free pizza i began to have problems. I kept getting error messages when trying to sign in. I then posted a question to slice publicly on ******** about this issue, advising customer service would handle. I was then told that my account had been deleted, but NOT at Slice's request. I have asked repeatedly for a copy of the request to delete with no response. Seems like they may be running a scam; perhaps I received too many free pizzas in the past?

      I order two different type of pizza when I went to check out it defaulted back to thin I made the correction the second time and made sure one was thick crust and it still defaulted back. There is definitely a program error somewhere. And I was told from the store I'm not the first customer with this issue. I was told by ********************** the error is not on there side and that I made the error as response back.

      Been calling my restaurant for months trying to get us to join slice. We have repeatedly told them no and asked them to stop calling. They are still calling us every week harassing us about how they can triple the business we do. I have called three separate times telling them to stop calling our store and yet they still havent stopped.

      **************** is horrible they dont refund you they allow restaurants and delivery drivers to leave good outside on steps. Dont replace missing items just everything about this app is horrible
