      I ordered during their “Black Friday” sale. Prices seemed too good to be true but I checked hundreds of reviews and the place seemed legit. I read the description on my items to be sure of what I was getting. One item was 0.25ct of “diamonds” in silver colored hoop earrings (not real silver) and the other one 1/4ct moissanite pendant with a “Real” silver chain. I read it over and over, the descriptions never said zircon o any other colorless tone. They read diamonds and moissanite so I went through with the purchase. Today I got my pieces… first the earrings I got were the wrong ones. They were plastic covered in a silver layer of paint with ZERO stones of any kind. Where the stones would go there’s round plastic. It was literally painted plastic. The necklace wasn’t any better, you can find a better quality one at ******’s at the mall. The chain is not real silver, the clasp was plastic and the moissanite in the pendant is mounted in the flimsiest metal base, the kind that gets caught in everything. TERRIBLE!!! When I contacted customer service I was told I had to PAY to return them. So I kept the chain and they refunded the plastic earrings. Also the chain size is for like a toddler. Oh, and when I asked the customer service agent if this jewelry was from China she has the audacity to ask me if I knew I was buying “fashion jewelry”!?! Well, I know I’m not buying high end pieces but if the description calls it diamonds and moissanite then that’s what I am expecting to get. RUN AWAY!!!
