      I just purchased a 3 carat engagement ring. Wow! she loved it. I took it to a jeweler and no joke- I saved over $2000! I will never buy jewelry anywhere else.

      Horrible They will advertise a beautiful item with *******************. The deal too good to be true and you buy it, they will send you a piece of junk. You are not happy, you have to pay your own return shipping to get refund. It means they scam you and you lose money to shop because they switch the cheap item. You get what you paid even worse! I would stay away!

      By far the WORST service I've ever seen for a high price purchase! Placed an order on Sept 2nd for a bday gift for Sept 14th. After no movement, I was told on Sept 8th someone would call back by the end of the day to provide an update. Nothing. Sept 14th came and went without the gift. Sept 23rd I'm told in a chat my order would ship that week and a partial refund would be given but by the manager. At my request, I was given the name ***** and his supposed email to followup. My email went ignored. Finally, today Sept 25th I'm told by phone to hold for *****. After 5mins, the woman comes back and informs me there's nothing they will do and my only option is to cancel the order. ***** didn't have the decency to speak with me or at least respond to an email. They took my money for 3wks and provided nothing!

      They are horrible I bought a men's ***************************** bracelet as a gift..I was supposed to get some paperwork with it for authenticity etc.i got absolutely no paperwork what so ever and even the stainless steel part of bracelet what damaged..I was absolutely apauled at the packing it came it no protection in a long crappy ziplock baggie then put in a total c*** wannabe jewelry bag it wasn't felt or nothing it was like plastic I'm sorry it wasn't even in that it came with it in a manila envelope and pretty much deflated bubble wrap I didn't think stainless steel could be easily chipped or damaged but apparently it can and when I inquired about returning it or the damage and the paperwork or anything about it I was told I would have to pay a good amount of money to even ship it back for them to look at it and it had to be in the exact condition that it was sent in or I just wasted my money shipping it and would have to pay to ship it back without them fixing it even though they have a lifetime warranty guarantee 30-day money back guarantee and so on and so forth All these guarantees and yet they couldn't pay to have it returned to be fixed since it arrived damaged and without any paperwork which made me kind of wonder if they were even real diamonds in the first place I ended up having to keep it it's still in the box I've never touched it again,I've gotten absolutely nowhere with those people to this day 2yrs later.I couldn't pay to send it in when they claim it wasn't damaged or anything when they sent it for them to say it's not in the same condition and decide not to fix it and me have to pay to get it back because from the sound of it it didn't sound like they were going to help me with the situation at all except cost me more money and getting no results they couldn't even put it in a decent jewelry box! you could buy a jewelry box at the Dollar tree that looked better than what they sent it in,those boxes would have provided a little more protection

      Ordered an item to take/wear while on vacation on July 17, 2023 and received a confirmation with a ship date of July 20. As of yet, no item has been received. I have had three separate conversations with customer service and the answer is always the same it will ship next week, it was out of stock. I was never informed that the item was out of stock when purchasedor I would not have bought it. I had to check on the item because, after waiting for receipt and it never showing up, I wondered what happened. SuperJeweler took payment immediately, rather than when the item shipped, and has not provided any item or plausible explanation, other than the constant next week. They have never provided any updates to me, despite having my contact information, on where the item is. Bottom line they will take you money. You will get nothing in return. I have screen shots of all customer service conversations. The company is clearly fraudulent.

      The worse piece of trash I've ever seen.This can't be worn not show in public.Bad quality, very different to what they offered online.I ordered 1 Carat Natural Raw Rose *** Diamond Cocktail Ring and earrings came as a bonus. My expectations were not high, but please people you are a business be more responsible with what you are selling. It is embarrassing!!

      I made a purchase from SuperJeweler.com that was to have appraisal card for insurance purposes. I have requested it four times and promised it four times.To date have not received it and its been months. I am told it has been sent everytime. I know this isn't true because they didn't have any problem sending the item to the address provided. I will have the item appraised independently to see if it truly genuine and pursue other action if not valid.
