    Insights Driven Research (IDR) engages individuals to answer surveys from their clients in exchange for payment. I have completed 9 surveys for which the compensation has not been issued. The total amount to be paid which has not yet been issued is $355. This issue dates back many months and despite dozens of follow-up attempts, no one at their company appears concerned or motivated to pay their experts.

    I received an email to complete a survey specific to my experience regarding chemotherapy choices for treatment of cancer. I was told if I completed the survey I would be paid $110.00. I completed the preliminary survey and was given the go ahead to complete the survey.I completed the survey on 11/06/2023, it was accepted and was told I would be paid in 15 -20 days. As of yet, no payment. On 12/1/2023 I contacted the person I was working with and they are no longer with the company. I contacted the person listed to contact and they sent the email to their accounting office requesting someone contact me. No one has contacted me and I have received no payment.

    On July 11th I received an email invitation for a survey from a representative of the company named ***** *********************** promising $50 if I were to complete a survey on trends in marketing and advertising; I completed the survey within 24 hours and have since received no payment nor any further communication from Talha after sending several emails inquiring about payment. On July 24th I contacted the company and communicated by email with a man named *************** who promised to look into this situation for me but have heard nothing further.

    On Oct 1, 2022, Insights Driven Research contacted me about contacting an expertise survey for $50, which I completed on Oct 3. I sent a screenshot to ******************* *************************************** confirming this which was part of the ask. I then followed up repeatedly for payment, and he said I would have it in 2 weeks which never happened. Since then, he and his colleagues have been harassing me with more survey requests which I am ignoring. When he last contacted me on Mar 15, 2023, I reminded him of the unpaid survey and that I would report his organization to BBB and he ignored me.. and I'm still getting new survey requests. They are a SCAM.

    They are a complete scam. *** worked for research companies before and this one is not legit they never pay the participants for their time as promised. Dont waste or time (or share your information)!

    A representative of Insights Driven Research has attempted to contact me multiple times, using LinkedIn, a work email address, and a personal email address that he was somehow able to obtain. I responded to the first email indicating that I am uninterested in participating in any surveys offered by his organization. From that point on, he has sought other methods to contact me - latest attempt being today. This is bordering on harassment from a company with which I have had no prior interaction and an invasion of privacy (searching the internet to collect personal data). I am hoping that there is a way to take action to prevent any further attempts by this so called company.

    IDR hires individuals to provide consulting services in exchange for compensation but never pays instead makes excuses and lies. Do not trust them either gor their supposed expertise or that they will pay you they will not

    I became an "advisor" and completed a digital marketing survey on August 30, 2022 via Ipsos Interactive. I was supposed to receive compensation for my time completing the survey. While I received many emails from the advisor who recruited me (***************************) trying to get me to complete the survey and refer others, as soon as I completed the survey he completely ghosted me. I was told that compensation would be provided within 3-4 weeks of completing the survey, but haven't received anything yet. I emailed and called the advisor multiple times to address this issue, but he never responded back. Definitely seems like a scam. They use you for one survey and then move on to the next victim.

    I was contacted by Insights Driven Research ("IDR") to provide feedback to one of their clients, with the promise of compensation for my time. I provided the feedback to IDR's client in the form of two video calls totaling 1 hour, which IDR scheduled between the three parties (IDR, the client, and me). IDR subsequently thanked me for talking to their client, and said compensation would arrive within 15 business days. That time has long since passed without the promised compensation arriving. An IDR representative has given various reasons for the ongoing delay, and asked for more time, but I now believe they do not intend to make good on their promises. I want to provide a warning to those prospective clients and "consultants" that might engage with IDR, as the company is not acting in a trustworthy capacity; and I seek the BBB's assistance in resolving this issue with IDR as they have not taken meaningful action despite my repeated efforts to resolve it directly with them.

    I was contacted by IDR for a compensated survey. Spent an hour jumping through their hoops and doing their survey then was told the compensation would come later after the survey period ended. It's now been weeks and I never recevied compensation but rather receive multiple emails everyday trying to solicit me for more scammy surveys. This company seems like a total scam and wasted my time. I have asked multiple reps to remove me from their mailing list but that seems to have increased the amount of emails I get.
