    Representatives of this businesses appear to reach out to LinkedIn users offering compensation to complete surveys for their clients. In September, I completed two surveys, and was told I would receive compensation at the end of the month (September 30th). I followed up with the two company representatives who had reached out about the surveys in early October, having not received compensation, and was advised that the surveys had not met the required participation rates, which is not something I had been told was a condition attached to my compensation. The total compensation for the two surveys is $200. I am a bit concerned that the company has still not compensated me since 1) their next "regular" compensation date (15th of the month) has past, 2) the amount is relatively modest for any reputable business, so I am not sure why I am not being compensated out of a reserve of some sort while the company waits to be paid by its client, and 3) the representatives are either non-responsive, or the responses received seem generic about "delays due to survey response rates" and asking "to please be patient," suggesting there are potentially others in a similar position. At this point, I am not expecting to be compensated, and I just want to not be contacted further by the business or any of its representatives. I am filing the complaint to hopefully warn others and also draw the BBB's attention to this business, since it seems, unfortunately, there may be some questionable practices going on. Besides the lack of compensation for the surveys completed, and poor communication/missed promises of responses, you will also see in one of the attached threads that I was asked to participate in a survey after having first been screened out because of my age. I should have known then not to continue working with this business, and I should have not proceeded myself.
