      In July and August 2023, I completed a host of paid surveys for this company. I cashed out my points on August 1, 2023 for a $25, $10, and $5 Amazon gift card. These were never received. On September 1, 2023 I cashed out an additional $10 and $5 Amazon gift cards, also not received. I have tried completing the contact us form from my account 5 times with no reply. I have contacted headquarters in ******, with no reply. I am owed $55 in Amazon gift cards that I would like to have sent to me.

      The company claim to have responded to my queries but they have not . Their response also does not include the details of the rewards I am owed (other than one link). I have indeed added the email to my address book and checked and re-checked spam several times.       On October 2, 2023, I received a response from Ipsos stating that they would not be able to follow through and pay out the **** points ($52.45) I had done studies for and participated in groups and product testing to earn. I did receive emails from the company stating their terms and conditions that they may cancel a persons membership and any time for a **** is of reasons but honestly, it is terrible business practice to let people earn points and not redeem them before cancelling on them. While I do understand their rights, they easily take peoples time and energies and still get paid by research or product companies while cancelling paying the people who participated without notice. I wouldve liked to get the payout. Please beware if youre reading this that you should know what that have the right to do and theyll do it.

      July of this year, 2023, I was invited first to try to qualify for a survey which would have a guaranteed reward of $50 and I indeed qualified. The fist step of the qualification only had a sweepstakes reward attached. This was for My ************* of IPSOS.I DID qualify for the next step of this survey called You and Your Generation. I completed this second step after qualifying on July 24, 2023 and saved a screenshot showing my completion. It was a lot of questions and took quite a long time.The next day after completing this, I received an email reminding me to complete the survey. I immediately contacted member advocates at IPSOS telling them that I did indeed complete the second step of this survey and attached my screenshot which proved my completion. I proceeded to receive replies on and off for the next several weeks, ultimately telling me that I was only in the running for a sweepstakes reward of $100. This is untrue as I did qualify and I did complete the second part of You and Your Generation. I have the proof of this completion.I spent a lot of time on this and I work from home and do not have extra time to waste on something that will not help me earn money. I struggle to get by so I need to earn money for any time spent on my computer I asked IPSOS many times why they keep ignoring my attachment of my screenshot showing my proof of completion and they continually ignore this question. They will not help me and have dismissed me and my issue. I want my $50 reward as I earned it. I do not know what happened on their end but that is not my fault or my problem. I did what they asked of me and feel that they should now do what they promised.

      After months of taking Ipsos's surveys and finally reaching 870 points, I decided to redeem 500 for a 5.00$ PayPal. Ipsos's is refusing to pay me saying that client research requirements of my member profile is no longer suitable and that my account was terminated. I worked hard for that 5.00$ and I would like my money. Thank you.

      I had an account with ********************** and I did some surveys and studies to acquire points. These points can be redeemed for gift cards or pay pal funds. I wasn't notified that my account was terminated until I reached out. According to their terms and conditions they can deactivate my account without warning but should notify me that I have 10 days to redeem all my rewards points prior to my termination date. Neither of this was done and now I cannot access to redeem ***** points. I was notified on 9/20/2023 that my account was terminated and I should be able to get my rewards points redeemed until 9/30/2023. As of 9/22/2023 I have ***** points in my account that they are not giving me access too. Which equals about 141,63 ********* dollars I can get for it into PayPal. I want my PayPal account credited or through Amazon gift cards for the studies I completed for them.

      After filling out three pre-qualification surveys from Ipsos during July for an "exclusive research activity" that promised a guaranteed $50 reward, I was selected for their discussion board assignment and subsequently accepted their invitation. [Note: I participated on Tuesday, August 1st from 1:10 p.m. to 3:12 p.m. The participation date was delayed due to a previous invitation for a live chat on July 18th initially having been sent without sufficient advance notice. When I received the next invitation with a rush deadline by noon the following day, I then had to drop everything in order to take part according to the <24-hour timeline.       I have been a member of Ipsos for quite awhile, I have never had any issues until back in June I redeemed points for two $10 ******* gift cards. I have not received them in my email or in my spam account. I sent ********************** two messages and got no response from either. I would like to get the rewards I claimed.

      On August 1, 2023 I joined a research community called fresh lab. The community required multiple days of logging in and filling out extensive research questions about finances. I was to receive a guaranteed $60 reward for participation. I logged in and completed all of the requested research activities over multiple days. One activity required a follow up question to be answered. I got a notification but the email would not allow me to see the comment that it was asking me to send a reply. I sent a message directly through the site, letting them know that I was not able to complete the request. They sent me an email, asking me for additional information including screenshots. I tried to attempt to complete the activity on multiple browsers over multiple days and submitted all of the requested email replies that they asked for. They have just notified me that I am not going to be receiving the $60 reward. This is completely unacceptable as I spent hours filling out their questions as requested. I provided thoughtful and detailed answers to their research questions. I would like to receive the $60 reward as promised for full completion. As the only reason I was not able to complete the one part they said I did not complete was because of the functionality issue with their site. I have all of the documentation and emails proving that I have sent this information to them and I need the reward to be provided.

      I completed the second part of the ************************* through Ipsos. I have emailed repeatedly to email addresses provided such as: ********************************************************* *************************************************** and even the contact us section of your page. No reply at all. I am owed $50 for the completion of part two. The company that sends the gift cards are fraudulent as they do not process the redemption (this company is Digital Prepaid Solutions) and they state if there's a problem to contact ******************************************************** but NO ONE replies. Please resolve the issue and give me the $50 I'm owed.

      The business has lied or has been careless in their work. I have so many emails from them as a panel member constantly inviting me to complete surveys for them. I have attached a few screenshots of invitations (but I have so many more). Furthermore, how unscrupulous! I have contacted Ipsos through the "contact us" section on their page. Unfortunately they don't email a receipt that you have contacted them. I have also emailed multiple times and have ALL of the emails to prove that. Furthermore, thankfully recently someone from Ipsos contacted me and apologised! They are trying to track my reward and get it resent (more proof that the lady who responded lied). Having said that, after an apology and them stating they were going to rectify the situation, they still have not rectified it! Please see multiple attachments for (a) proof I'm a panel member - CONSTANT emails from ipsos wanting me to complete surveys for them (b) proof of apology (2 emails from ipsos). STILL waiting for the $50 owed to me. Rectify this please.

      These people are honestly disgusting. They terminated my account with no explanation! I have made 18 dollars on there, and never got them. I want the money that I spent my time on.
