My household participated in the Nielsen Radio surveys from August 9 or 10, 2022 through August 17, 2022. The surveys were mailed out the very next day after the finish date listed on the survey. We were in formed that if all surveys were returned within 3 weeks that each person would receive a check for $15 which would be a total of $90 because there were 6 surveys. Nielsen customer service did call to see if the surveys were returned but nothing else. We have not heard anything from them since. My family keep asking me about this and I just keep telling them that it takes a little bit of time but Im sure their patience is running thin. We want to know, when will we receive our incentives for doing these surveys?Customer Answer

Over 6 weeks ago, I was promised a $10 bonus check for completing a Nielsen Radio Diary for each person in my household that participated and mailed it back by the due date, which I did. My husband and I did it this year. The last time it was my husband, my son, and myself. As of today, September 09, 2022, I still haven't received it. The diary is fairly time consuming and it would be great if they could hold up their part of the bargain as I did mine and pay me. As stated above, I did this survey last go around and received nothing as well. I didn't balk at it at the time and just let it go. I remembered that this year, but decided to give them a second chance. So, this being the second time this has happened to me will I be receiving full payment $10+$10+$10, and $10 + $10 =$50Business Response

Ended this fiasco about 10 or more days ago but no mailer envelope arrived in 1 to 2 bus days as stated.called back and was told the envelope never was mailed..when they changed out my transponder months back the return envelope arrived the next day..bad enough they bearly give you electricity money but now its a big castle to get rid of this equipment..bad everything..Business Response

I received an unsolicited mailing from Nielsen, *************************************************************************************** at the end of July 2022. I called the number provided and asked to opt out of future mailings. I was told there was no option to opt out, and I may continue to receive future mailings. I'm concerned that not being able to opt out is not an option for me. It's also worrisome that this address for Nielsen isn't listed at all or accredited with BBB. Please permanently remove our mailing list from Nielsen, please, and confirm that we will never again receive a similar mailing. Thank you for your time.Business Response

Nielsen (the ratings people) keeps mailing ** sending cash in the mail, putting door hangers on our door, calling us and now has begun knocking on our door. Today the man knocked on our door at the dinner hour. I sent him away and told him we were not interested, would never be interested. I told him. "Please leave us alone". We would never let them into our home. "He said see you tomorrow"This is harassment. Please help us make this stop!Business Response
