      Nielsen contacted me ********* listening survey. They send $2.00 per person as a thank you for participating. My household consists of my ******************** Participated as instructed,and returned the survey sheets at the respected time.Upon returning the survey sheet, we were to receive $10.00 per person. Thats been about 3 weeks ******** havent heard nor received anything from the company.Thanks for listening to my complaint.

      On or around October 28, 2022, I participated in a Nielsen survey. The letter came in the mail stating that if I went to the website and entered the specific access code and complete the online survey they would email me a $10 electronic gift card as a thank you. After completing survey the website said that I would receive the email within 72 hours. To this day I still have not received it. Please have Nielsen send the electronic gift card to my email I have given here. Thank you very much.

      On 08/29/22 I mailed a survey to Nielsen. Nielsen promised to pay me $20.00 for taking their survey. I have not received any check from Nielsen. I have not received that $20.00 in any other payment form. I have recieved any further contact by Nielsen regarding that survey or payment for taking that survey.I would like to get paid that $20.00. It appears you have supported other participants Nielsen has not paid for taking a similar survey. I would appreciate BBB's support with this issue. I am requesting Nielsen contact me, and keep their word, and make the $20.00 payment to me. While this survey was sent to my living address, I request the payment be sent to my mailing address, as I do not always receive my mail at my living address where Nielsen sent the survey due to **** failures to ensure my mail at this apartment complex is placed in the correct mailbox. Please have Nielsen send my $20.00 check to **************** ***********************************************************************.

      Your ******* employee is very rude and she keeps coming over parking in the driveway and want move when you try to get in your own driveway. First of all, She gave my mentally ill brother who is disabled, two devices to put in the house that look like cameras. She has been sending him checks that he shouldnt get because someone else is over him and should have been notified when he was signed up. He has the mind of a child and should not have been allowed to join. We would appreciate it if this company would pick up these devices and not contact anyone or return to this address.

      I field out a survey and provided my personal information. In turn ****** promised to send me a $10.00 check within 3 weeks. It has been over a month. I have not received any response from ******. I would like to receive what was promised and a class action lawsuit filed under my name for false advertising and a reward in the form of damages to reflect an a amount that would damage ****** enough to incurage thier Corporation to not mislead the public sector in the future.

      I am a current Nielsen family participant. I have been trying to contact the business so I can remove myself from the program and return the equipment. It is impossible to find anywhere online where you can end your participation. When emailing them, all I received back was a long list of different Nielsen programs and contacts and absolutely nothing helpful.

      A ******* representative keeps periodically showing up at our home, despite the fact that we told them several times we were not interested. The representative said that she would continue to show up periodically. The representative is very kind and polite when she visits, but my family just isn't interested. This pushiness, persistence, and disregard of my "no, thank you," by the business makes it seem untrustworthy.

      On Monday September 26,2022 I received an email from Nielsen about a survey that pays $5. It guaranteed id receive payment 72 hours after I completed the survey. I completed and submitted my survey, have not gotten paid. I emailed them a few times asking for an ETA but I havent received a response

      On August 23, 2022 I received a Nielsen TV survey in the mail along with a $2.00 incentive to complete the survey. The instructions stated that if I completed and returned the survey within a three-week time window, Nielsen would send me $5.00 as a thank-you payment. I mailed back the completed survey on August 24, 2022 but have not received the promised $5.00 as of this date. What do I do now?

      This company sent me two different surveys. One was a thick book that asked about various store, radio stations, tv channels, etc. The other asked me to log what I watched on tv. I was promised $20 for completing one and $25 for completing the other. I sent both back weeks ago and have not received the money I was promised. When I called the person at the company lied and said they had not sent me any surveys even after I emailed copies of the letters that were sent along with the surveys. I see from other complaints that they have regularly defrauded others who have completed and returned these surveys.
