      The most unfortunate thing that ******* can offer. I can not imagine what the ***** ADMINISTRATION will do to the counter acting overseas people that are trying to adhere to the honest people that try to make a living to to the right thing. My wife has been hacked through the overseas pieces of s*** These people are taking advantage of the American People and I am tired of it and I am Fed up .I will take action against the federal government for letting the f****** government let these pieces of pure S*** take advantage of the **** OF THE FREE!! GOD DAMNIT ITS TIME FOR THE ******** REDNECK TO TAKE A STAND. THESE ***** ARE DONE in ****************************.**** THE FOREIGNER IN OUR COUNTRY. IT IS TIME WE TAKE OUR COUNTRY BACK.

      My husband and I were excited to be a part of the Nielsen ratings however things quickly changed. One of their representatives harassed ** on a weekly basis with phone calls and texts because we did not physically wear their equipment all hours of the day. She also showed up MULTIPLE times to our house UNANNOUNCED past 7 pm. We kindly asked her to let us know prior to showing up but she came up again tonight at 7:15. That was our last straw. When my husband called to cancel, they gave him an attitude and were extremely rude and insulting. Being harassed is not worth the $10 a month. F YOU.

      These pieces of garbage tried to hire my wife and promised to purchase work equipment, however, they needed bank information. UH I THINK NOT YOU SCAM A** COMPANY GO **** A RAILROAD SPIKE AND CHOKE ON A D*CK. P*SSIES.

      They do not know how to control their own technology. They've been out to my house so many times wasting my time time I should be working. And still They can't get it to work right. The money they offer is not worth the headache of install and maintenance

      Nielsen is so insensitive. I communicated several times that I was hospitalized and today I received a call that the program was ending for my house hold. No conversation was had just a message that said return your equipment. I feel like Nielsen is so insensitive and doesn't take life situations into consideration.

      I cant even give this company a star. It sent me a fraudulent check!!!!!! Do not try and work for this company. They are a scam!!

      Their staff come by my house after months of receiving letters of invitation to participate to TV research. Inside was one dollar bill one time and a promise to be paid more if agree. That day even though I did want to participate, some how I ended up signing the docs and answered a few questions. If I remember well, I told her don't want to participate but she insisted. At one point she said, I am irreplaceable. That meant- I was already a target. This day she come, she asked me questions unrelated to TV channels or online activities. Things like: beverages that I DRINK, how many TVs I have, how many laptops and their models, how often I go to the movie theater, how many people usually come to house. She said they wanted to connect devices that monitor what I watch. Which I doubt; If so, internet companies are already doing so, they can ask permission to access that information. Accessing people lifestyle in-disguise is very malicious. Even so, I was told not disclose to anyone because they will influence what I watch. The thought that someone else is interested on what I watch or do; my decisions are already influenced. I think the intent for the so called research is hidden. I am shocked such a thing is happening here. Is the government aware? I wish you are honest. Thank you for bucket of candles and air freshners. I haven't used them though!

      Nielsen Ratings says they will send $10.00 bonus to each family member who fills out which radio stations you listen daily and then mail it back on time. Even after calling Nielsen Ratings twice we have never received the money they promised. To ** this company is very dishonest.

      TOTAL SCAM! They sent me their equipment and asked me to open and set up the equipment before the last letter where my payment would be revealed. They are only willing to pay ** $15 a person for wearing their equipment 24/7 365 days a year. The sales pitch was that they would not insult ** with a low offer. I'M INSULTED! I've wasted my time setting their equipment ** in my house, and they expect me to participate based on $15 a month? They do not deserve a high BBB rating. This is plain and simple fraud.

      Absolute ****! I got a new mobile device 5 months ago and NO ONE in the entire company can help me register my new device. Ive tried calling and Ive emailing the tech support to no avail. No one answered my emails and when on the phone Ive been promised twice that a link will be sent and yet I never get an email with the alleged link. Honestly for 5 months Ive tried every which way and Im finished! Its seems ridiculous that these people deal in marketing and tech and yet everyone says, oh thats not my department. Or you just get ignored. Not worth the aggravation for a few gift cards.
