Asking for a refund NO adequate response, I signed up with the service on Black Friday 2022. This company has a no questions asked refund policy. On 4-5-2023, I asked for a refund. On 4-6-2023. I received a response that it would take 45 days to process a refund. 45 days ?? Approximately 15+ emails. Back and forth about refund processor delays, apologies, and we're forwarding your request to our refund team. You know the usual stall tactics. Its now 6/18/2023 and no refund. This company is soliciting me for Pre-IPO stock, in my opinion buyer beware. If they can't honor their policies why buy anything from them. All I want is my money... Sales pitch is that there is a 6 month trial in which you can test software and can cancel for a full refund. They stated in writing that refund would be provided in **** days.Purchase made Nov. 29, 2022; trial run. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with TradeAlgo software that I purchased on October 21, 2022. The invoice number is **************** with amount of $3,795.00. Despite offering a 6 months money-back guarantee, they have failed to refund my money after multiple requests. The product is not easy to use and not useful as they claimed, even their analysts cannot produce good performance by using their product. I am not satisfied with their product. I canceled and requested a refund on March 11, 2023, and after waiting 45 days as instructed, there was still no refund. Their customer support promised a refund multiple times, but it has been several months with no sign of the money. They are unreliable as software and a company. I just dont see they want to refund my money, so I report this instance to BBB for help. Here are the dates of refund request in original email conversations in brief:- My refund request sent on 03/11/2023. On 03/12/2023, they emailed me back they will forward my request to their refund team and asked me to wait for 45 days.- After 45 days, on 04/23/2023 I emailed TradeAlgo to complaint I dont see my refund. They claim my refund has been in processing for 31 days and could take up to 45 days.- On 05/20/2023, I emailed TradeAlgo again asking about my refund. I am a ** resident & would like to report TradeAlgo (*************), in ********, as having engaged in deceptive business practices & possible fraud. On 27 Jan 2022, I purchased TradeAlgo's lifetime subscriber at the cost of $6,000. I was given a 60-day money back guarantee minus a 17% service fee (Email 17 Mar 2022_Cancellation details).The companys marketing texts boasted incredible gains that could have been made by its members. After joining, it turned out their were not trade alerts but merely backward-looking recaps of the trading day which anyone could have identified even without their platform. Around March 24, 2022, I requested to cancel the membership as the trades in their marketing texts were not alerts but merely best case scenario trades available to all, even non subscribers.On March 24, 2022, the President of Support" authorized a "12-month money-back guarantee beginning March 24, 2022. (Email 24 Mar 2022_12 Month Extension Details) if I gave the platform more time.In Oct 2022, I again contacted TradeAlgo to cancel the membership. On Oct 28, TradeAlgo sent another offer. In addition to the 12 month money back guarantee, they removed the 17% service fee and offered a 100% money back guarantee if I decided to cancel prior to the March 25, 2023 date (Email 28 Oct 2022_Full Refund).On March 7, 2023, I submitted my final request to cancel the membership (Email 7 Mar 2023_Final Cancellation). Emails and calls to ************** garnered no action. At the end of March 2023, they claimed limitations by their processor could delay the refund by 45 days or more.Today is 25 May 2023 which is 79 days (and counting) from my original request. Any assistance you can offer to resolve this matter would be appreciated. I expect the company to refund 100% of the membership price as they had previously promised. It would appear TradeAlgos promise of a money back guarantee is grossly disingenuous to the point of being misleading.Customer Answer

Thank you. I had also contacted the Attorneys General in two states. The business contacted me about th complaints filed with those offices, they did not mention the BBB.
They made two offers for me to withdraw my complaints. I rejected both as they promised future actions, not an immediate refund. They did mail me a check. I have waited one week for funds to clear. That payment seems to be valid which would resolve this issue.

On Dec 30 2022 I subscribed to their service. They said I had 6 month to cancell and all my subscription money would be refunded. After three months I realized that their service was not for me and on March 30 I cancelled my subscription. They said that it would take two weeks for the refund to be processed. After the two weeks I contacted them again and this time they said that it would take up to 45 days. After the 45 days the refund is not here yet. I contacted them again and had not received an answer yet. When I was sold this program I was told that I would be treated with white glove customer service to learn how to use the program. I was told that I am on a team with teammates that will help me learn how to use the program to my advantage, by winning in options trades. They even tried to sell me a $5,000 service to get additional help from them, when they have already promised to help me when I first purchased the tradealgo dashboard online program. I am not going to invest in the options market if I don't know what I am doing. That will only lead me to loose more money. This is not what I intended when I purchased the program. I was given a 6 month money back guarantee and I have called them and emailed them for the refund, but I have not been responded to of all the times that I have contacted them. I was approached from *************** through email to join their inner circle on March 24th. I thought this would be the white glove customer service that I was first initially told about when I bought the program but I found out that he was trying to sell me an additional service for $5,000 to get help to use the program. His email address is ********************* I last emailed him on April 24th asking him for a full refund and expressing my disappointment with the service. I never heard a response from ***. I also have continually called and left messages for a full refund yet after each time I call, there is never a response from anyone at TradeAlgo. What kind of business is this? They promised me service but they didn't give me the service that they promised me when they sold the trading dashboard online program. I keep being told that they are having issues with their processing center being delayed. I do understand a potential delay, but not 5 months. At this time, I have not been contacted by TA Fintech Inc. regarding complaint ID ********. This is y i contacted use because i call and get the same claim that i will recieve my refund in about 40 days but never recieve anything its just a dead end sad to say.I think that ta fintech is the main company and that they have multiple names selling there product and wants they get the money they do not care if you ask for a refund they do not give refunds even though the sales pitch they give a 6 month money back garrantee

On October 20 2022, I entered into an agreement with Trade Algo (aka: TA Fintech Inc.) and paid $3795.00 for a LIFETIME membership for access to their trading platform known as Trade Algo. This platform was represented to me as a way to track the ********************** (ie Billionaires, Banks and Hedge funds) who were putting their considerable funds behind certain stock tickers in order to have an advantage over the regular retail investors (like me). These transactions are not visible to the general public and are executed on private Alternative Trading Systms (ATS's) *********** claims that the ** platform :levels the playing field' for small investors such as myself for the purpose of taking positions in options (puts and calls). I found no advantage to using this platform, other that the alerts which came from the analysts who offered them through a live chatroom. I found these alerts very helpful but I want more than alerts. I want to be able to generate my own trades and told them this when I requested cancellation. They claim that they will provide a complete refund within 6 months of signing up if not satisfied with the service, and that there would be with NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I found that this is not the case as they did ask a question of me namely: 'Why did you get the service, if you now want to cancel?' At that time I was offered, extensions, upgrades and ever a new strategy if I would only agree to stay on. I decided that the new 'strategy' was cumbersome and difficult to utilize and so I renewed my cancellation request recently on 4/12/23 (still within the 6 months money back guarantee). Since then I have NOTHING from anyone at Trade Algo. I have repeatedly called in and have been told that someone with get back to me right away. As of this date, 4/21/23, I have heard from no one via email, phone, text or carrier pigeon. They don't want to give me my money back and so I am filing this complaint in hopes of obtaining a promised refund.
