6/1/23 I had a cosmetic surgery expected to be a tummy tuck and liposuction of 5 areas indicated on contract attached. Previous to surgery photos were taken of my body I was given the price quote of $11,150. I was to pay $250 to book procedure. I have a big paper email of all these events as well. So I booked. For July of 2023 but I came into some money early so I changed date for 6/1. Arrives for my surgery 5am. Gets prepped by nurse. Dr sees me he talks to me about surgery. I have surgery I get home I get filled with questions? They are very unresponsive for me to have had a major surgery like this. I have gone back to office and expressed through photos and text that he m not happy with surgery results had to come back to office half dozen times Dr tells me give it 6 months for healing that Ill see my amazing results. Well six months which was 12/6 I gave an appointment I show up they say Dr canceled all appointments I received no contact at all. So I call 800 number they give me appointments for the next week ********** have virtual next weds. Asking Dr about how I look. He says he was not aware that I was to get any liposuction that he had to now consult with higher *** and get back to me. Weeks go by I hear nothing its holidays so Im patient finally someone sends me a snippet of a contract saying Dr can opt to change surgery during surgery without my consent if he was unable to do complete job I should have been given the option if I wanted to move forward or not. So now the want me to pay for the liposuction never got during my surgery 5k more these people are running a scam and I want to report them to medical board next. Its not right. I have so many correspondence from beginning where I told them I was unhappy. I saw another surgeon he says 14k to fix wat this Dr did how could that be right ! Im so depressed and I need clarification on wat they did to me I have so much more correspondence. Also this was done by ************* at ***** ** *ocation.Business Response

I am deeply concerned about my experience with Goals Plastic Surgery after signing up during a Black Friday special on 11/27. The representative provided misinformation, affecting my comfort and security. I expressed concerns about living in ******, but was told there was an office in *****, later discovering it was in *******, a 2-hour flight away. The consultation raised issues about the BBL portion, and conflicting information was given regarding the need for someone to accompany **** faced challenges with communication, misinformation, and scheduling issues, culminating in a rushed virtual consultation on 12/22. On 1/9, I experienced a missed Pre-op call and conflicting information about the surgery's necessity, leaving me distressed and questioning the safety of the procedure.Concerns escalated on 1/10, learning about past surgery delays, botched BBLs, and issues with anesthesia. On 1/11, I proposed alternatives, but additional fees for rescheduling or changing doctors were presented. I'm left anxious, considering cancellation due to safety concerns, with only a narrow window of 30 days for any refund.I seek assistance in disputing charges or finding a solution that prioritizes my peace of mind. I've saved diligently for this experience and now face the difficult decision between potentially wasted money and my fear of proceeding with an uncertain surgery.Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated. I paid for two procedures that they happily took payment for. On the day of the procedures they exclaimed that they did not have the proper machinery / tools to perform the second procedure and would gladly reimburse for such. Its been over a year and the billing department, the management within the ** location and even an executive at the company have ignored me after making first contact. They have admitted that they owe me and I have proof in text with the executive, proof that the billing department contacted me and promised me repayment and absolutely nothing has come of it. Shameful. And honestly proof that they are the worse when it comes to customer service.Business Response

I have been trying to contact Goals Plastic Surgery billing department to no avail. I would not advice anyone to pay money at this location. I paid for a surgery in February 2023. March 2, I was contacted by the medical assistant stating that due to my A1C I was unable to get the procedure that was scheduled for March 16th, 2023. I informed that I was told being diabetic was fine and that if the schedule could be for that date than to disregard the whole surgery process since their doctor had denied me anyway. I was told that I had to have my primary care send in a clearance form stating that I was unable to get the procedure due to my A1C to be provided a refund. My primary care doctor sent over information needed. I contacted Goals again and was pushed to different departments and told that I could not get a refund after providing all necessary documents because they are trying to force me to get a procedure that I am unable to get and also no longer want. They said my primary care clearance that was faxed over could not be used because they want me to reschedule and get retested to see where my levels are. I explained to them that is not what I want and my primary care has advice you and I both not to proceed with the surgery. I have asked for their legal department, managers, and personnel in the billing department and have been ignored, I am requesting a full refund of **** because i have did all the proper steps and cannot and do not want the surgery. They are forcing me against my will and now they are causing emotional distress. I have contacted a lawyer in the matter and still have no contact information to give them because they will not provide any information for my attorney. Please help and report this company for bad business, forcing surgeries, unprofessionalism, forcing medical procedures that have been denied by primary care physicans.Customer Answer

I got bbl and Lipo done. I have two big lumps that has my **** look horrible. I have told them i been in pain it cause nerve issues. They wanted me to pay $4000 more to fix it I already paid $6000 plus. When I went to see the surgeon he laughed! I have been depressed really insecure with my body it looks horrible and they dont care. I have a video of the machine dirty with blood/fat in the room they had me in (not mine blood/fat) Ive been I. I was administered about 6 pills before my procedure and 20 minutes later brought into an operating room with 1 surgeon and 2 nurses. They were the only ones responsible for putting me under local anesthesia there was no anesthesiologist there. I felt the syringes and about ********************************************************************************************************* as Im laying on my stomach. The nurse told me I cant be screaming in their office I guess they didnt want me to scare any of the patients. I end up making them stop 10 seconds later and the nurse tells me if I stop them again I will have to end my surgery because there are other patients after me. I tell them to call my ****** and the surgeon as well as nurses all leave the room without saying anything to me. The nurse returns with my clothes and I get dressed Im crying half my body numb and I feel drowsy they make me sign these papers to leave and take half my prescriptions that I paid for. I paid goals plastic surgery for a procedure that my personal doctor deemed unhealthy. My doctor sent over the required medical forms stating the reasons why that Goals said I needed to have faxed to them. I paid a total of $13,450 for ****************** to do the procedure and now they are not responding to letters, emails or phone calls. I had BBL surgery done I try to schedule a post op appointment with the surgeon I have made over 12 appointments or more and every appointment that I made would be canceled and rescheduled and when it was rescheduled, it would then be canceled. I never got to see my post at Doctor. I never got to voice any concerns I feel like she refused to see me when I made over several attempts within a year duration for her to see me and she canceled every time I wanted to voice my concerns about the bottom part of my Botox still being flat and I wanted to discuss that with her which I was never given a chance because every appointment that I had with my surgeon was canceled and I think thats a very dangerous situation if its a post op clientInitial Complaint

I purchased injections for weight loss from goals plastic surgery on February 21, 2023. I was charged ($505.00) five hundred and five dollars. I was told that would cover four injections, a consultation from a Doctor and a diet plan. I asked if the program was in *************, and I was told yes, however it is not, but I had already paid, so I decided to proceed with the program. I was told I needed to go to a lab and get blood work, so I did, and it was confirmed that it was received. They made an appointment for me to speak to the doctor, and He never called. They kept telling me he had an emergency and he will call but he never does. We are now in April and I explained to the lady on the phone that I have an event and needed to start this program Asap and that I choose Goals because I've done business with them before twice the latest in January 2023. I could have choose another program as there are more out there if I had known I would be stalled. I asked for a refund as NO services was rendered to me. No doctor's consultation, no injections given, and no diet plan given. No one response to me now my number goes straight to voice mail now, and no response to text messages.Initial Complaint

I am writing this because I paid for a procedure $5,300 to be exact for breast augmentation to be exact. The coordinators told me I did not need a lift and still proceeded to book my surgery date. The day of surgery I went in and the doctor said he can not do this surgery because I needed a lift. The staff was very rude and showed photos of myself to other staff members and started talking about my body my breast to be exact and said that they would not walk around like that if they were me. It was very rude and disrespectful to say about me and had cause me emotional distress.
