      I dont feel bad for any of you. stop trying to take the easy way out and invest in a personal trainer. Surgery doesnt change your eating habits. ALL of you wouldve gained that weight right back.

      They are a scam I was originally suppose to get a double bbl but I changed my mind and got Lipo they refused to give me my money back they dont even check on you after your procedure you dont meet the doctor until the day of surgery nor do they answer there phones when you have questions one of the customers people told me I signed a contract for a double bbl and even if I changed my mind to get Lipo I cant get a refund because I signed a contract for double bbl they are the worst I got my surgery done at Bronx location worst experience ever

      I wish I had researched them before I sent them my money. They are scam artist! I had a consultation to do their Medi-Flex program. I paid for their 10 week program where I would have gotten the semaglutide shots, there was supposed to be a consultation with a physician after lab work was completed, I was scheduled 3 times and never received a call from the doctor. I got really annoyed with the unprofessionalism of the doctor and decided to not go forward with the program and requested a refund. They told me if the doctor did not call I would be refunded and the billing department would be calling. Its been weeks, no refund and unable to get through to anyone via phone, via text, via DM, via email. I came on BBB to file a complaint and shocked to see how many complaints already here. Why are these people still in existence? They need to be shutdown! There has to be another way to expose these people

      Goals is a scam.I paid for a Flex sculpt lipo and BBL the doctor did not sculpt anything and my **** was uneven. I felt EVERYTHING during my procedure. They did not numb me well. I was screaming and crying during the lipo procedure and he was just jabbing away!!! The doctor told me I wasnt the worst screamer he had!! He thought it was a joke. Do not go to Goals take your money to a real plastic surgeon

      Do not trust these people.I was so excited to get my bbl I paid them $2500 they never refunded me and canceled my appointment when the pandemic hit. I emailed them called and even drove miles away and they refused to refund it service me.

      Their scammed people in purchasing their products and block all communications when its time to Ship the items theyll selling pharmacy medication for weight loss I purchased it promise to be shipped to my house. I paid $475 plus $100 of bloodwork and a doctor never called me no follow up no shipping they basically stole all my money.

      Im making a complaint is because.. I went there for him to do what i paid for is lipo to my love handles and part of my back he did what he wanting to my body. Im not happy at all I spent **** of my hard earn money and not being seen on a follow upthey got there money so being a patient after doesnt matter to them at all they already paid. My concern is how can I be happy what I paid for..

      got my surgery on 9/8/2022-I was so excited like the girl said before My friend went first and she wasn't satisfied either. she did only her stomach but had to stop too much pain. So I decided to give it try besides the negative reviews. Well, I got done a BBL and Flex sculpt and arms which the sales reel says it would tighten skin... it doesn't. You need jplasma... didn't know. Falsr advertisement. The BBL was not fine didn't get results i wanted, and the flex sculpt was a terrible. My arms are saggy. They didn't supply compression garment and wasn't offered one to buy.
      Unfortunately, this place in the Bronx, the doctors do not follow up to see how are you doing, which makes it dangerous. Call center is rude, hit hung up on, they don't call you back. *** manager sucks, never called. Was told by staff they didn't do surgery properly. Is true you do not meet the doctor, until the day of the surgery and that's when they do a live video and he explains how is going to butcher you. The video and is well done for media purpose. I ended up in hospital post-op day one with dehydration. They lie on paperwork that they give you fluids during procedure. The doctors never follow up after the surgery to see how your doing medically, which I thought was strange or a conversation with me. I know is my fault! I wish I had had a better understanding of the recovering process because they don't tell you. I LOST my antibiotics but they didn't want to give me even after going to hospital. I was still under their care so if i got infection it would be on them legally. post op antibiotics, but not enough. I want given proper garments.
      I took out a loan and not worth it. I would Like everyone on here to try and get a Class ACTION LAWSUIT IF POSSIBLE. PLEASE GIVE ME A CALL * ** * ***** **** ****** ***** ***** ****** ***** I NEED ABOUT 40PPL PLUS so the more the better it is. In just tired from this whole ordeal. Vengeance is mine Sayeth the Lord!

      I got my surgery on 10/24/2022-I was so excited like everyone else, due to the price and how economical it was. I always wanted to do it and it wasn't in my budget. My friend went first and she got lucky everything worked out for her, she did only her back, which I was surprised how fast she recovered. So I decided to give it try besides the negative reviews. Well, I got done a BBL and Flex sculpt. The BBL was fine, but the flex sculpt was a nightmare. Unfortunately, this place in the Bronx, the doctors do not follow up to see how are you doing, which makes it dangerous. I wish I had had a better understanding of the recovering process, they only rely on tortures massages and homemade pineapple tea for "Inflamation", by the way, they do give you post op antibiotics, but not enough. I have never been so tortured badley in a massage session, I cried like a baby. The **** masseuse had no compassions, she said to me "your not letting me do my job, because I could stay still while she squeezed me like an orange . What kind of an answer is that. Some of the masseuse are a little nicer, but you have to find out by word of mouth, if not you become the guinea pig. My son was going to do it there, but I told him to pay the extra money for professional care and comfort, there's no price for that. I am not sure where I am going with this at this point. I pray that GOD helps me heal, because I definetly put myself in the slaughter house. I know some people did ok, but unfortunately I didn't so far. All those videos and pictures they promote are true, but those are the survival of the fittest. They leave out the ones that didn't make it.

      I havent had my surgery yet. I gave a deposit of $500 with the stipulation of: if rescheduling must be 30days in advance of your surgery. I called to change it 75 days before my surgery and they state (verbally) that I lose my promo price because its going into the new year. Nowhere in the contract does it notate that. They also said in order to receive a refund on the deposit you must have a doctors note stating you arent able to have the procedure. Now they are saying you cant get the $500 down payment back. Also, not in my contract. They are extremely hard to get ahold of and not responsive after leaving a message. So in words: they do not honor their contracts and come up with lies to avoid giving you money back or raising your procedure price in order to make more.
