    I ordered one $0 cost COVID test online from Fastlab. They just kept coming in the mail. Now I have received a letter from WellCare, my insurance, that they were billed for 6 SARS-COVID-2 COVID-19 W/OPTIC (out of network pro provider) at $325. WellCare is not covering the full amount and Says I owe $173 in co-pays!!!! This is a known scam.

    Fast Lab is advertising on their website that they are offering free Covid Tests an antigen tests. Contacted Fast Lab on line about the third week in April, 2024 to receive the free test which was received and sent back. We would like this company to Stop All Communication and not use my medical information to file any claims.

    I feel this company is taking advantage of the elder population, sending lab kits that have not been ordered from them (multiple). I feel threatened and want to end any business with them.

    A friend that I work with saw an ad that Fast Laboratories sent Covid kits to people for free. She put my name in for free kits and they sent me a few kits, maybe 4. I no longer have them as I gave them to a friend to use when she had *****. The kits are set up to test at home and you don't send anything into a lab for testing. I have charges to my insurance company for nine kits at ****** a piece for a total of ******** dollars. This is fraud as I never sent anything to Fast Laboratories to be tested. The MD name is ************************* and I have attached a copy of an EOB for one of the tests for your review. I want this removed from my insurance and I will not pay for something that was advertised for free and not tested by a lab. A Covid kit at my local store is ***** dollars why would I pay more? Please help me.

I definitely would check-in with your friend about the Member ID and how she was able to complete this entire order without you giving the information but I'll let you handle that.

    As for the billing, we spoke and you know that we aren't sending you any bill for anything and we'll work with your insurance to take care of things.

    Fast Lab Technology has sent me a total of 3 covid tests in the past week I did not order any of them. I have read reviews that they are trying to bill insurance or ******** for them and they are not paying. Then they bill the consumer. I have researched and found that this is a scam. Please help.

    This company keeps sending me repeat COVID tests that I did not order. I answered some time back what I thought was the government supplied FREE test, but these tests just keep coming and I just received a notice from my health care provider that they are billing them. My health care provider has denied payment. I did not authorize billing my health insurer. All but the first test which I understood was free have all gone unused and unopened. I have not been billed yet, although my health care provider has.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    While I am relieved that this company states that it will not contact me again and regrets the misunderstanding. The company has billed my health insurer repeatedly for COVID tests that were never used, much less submitted to them for analysis, 8 in all billed to my health insurer at $325 each . My health insurer has denied these claims and told me that this company has billed them for other ******** insured recipients also. They are denying all claims from this company, but I cant help but wonder how many other  health insurers with ******** patients are simply paying these dubious charges without question.     I responded to an online ad indicating that I could have two covid tests, free of charge. I requested them, and received them. However, they are now billing my insurance company and they continue to send me two tests every few weeks, again billing my insurance company which is not paying them. I have contacted Fast Labs and asked them to stop sending these tests (which I am not using) but it continues.
