    I agree with the vast majority of reviews, THIS IS A SCAM. On December 2024 I ordered 1 test which I received 5 days later. I never used such test, so I can not say anything about getting results. The test was advertised like free, but so far Fast Lab has billed my insurance company for 7 tests, for more than $2,000.00. I have tried to contact them many times, they just do not answer calls.

    I ordered "free" COVID tests in the fall of 2024, then received my insurance claim stating that Fast Lab is out of network and that $2,600 is my responsibility. I now have read others having issues with the practice of the Fast Lab. I don't plan on paying the $2,600 if billed and if necessary will return all of the tests which are unopened.

    I can't believe the efficacy in which Fast Lab responded to my request. When one is so worried about whether they have covid or not and can't go out to get a test at the store .....well this was just perfect. It is not always simple to deal with many businesses that provide services without going through so many steps but this was so well organized. I thank you so so much for your prompt response and follow-up.

    Fast Lab Technologies is a scam. I went on the web to order FREE COVID tests in late September. My insurance company has received six (6) claims, all of which were denied. The amount of each claim was $325.00 which would total $1,950.00. I am Not paying this amount, or any other amount to this fraudulent company and would like to see it shut down. My insurance company has advised me that the only thing I can do is try to contact Fast Lab and/or file a complaint with the BBB. I am unable to contact Fast Lab as only get a recording. I would apppreciate any assistance you can give me. I am throwing away all packages as they probably are fake too.****** **** Arvada, **

    Sent me tests without my authorization then billed my insurance. I advised to deny claims. senior abuse scam. I refused all package deliveries and advised return to sender

    ****. Stay away. They keep mailing Covid tests that were never ********** telephone number is correct and you cannot reach them without giving additional personal information.BBB contact, insurance contact and Attorney General contact. Appear to be scammers.

    Im not happy with Fastlab. I googled free COVID test and this company is what came up. Their chat support was very short with me when I had a few questions. She exited the chat before I was finished. I felt rushed!
