    I was directed to this company thru a link on my local news ******* in ********. It stated on the news that you could order a free covid test. On the application Insurance info was asked and now my confirmation email says that I will owe them for the *** Test if not used and returned. This was not what I wanted to do. All I wanted was a free instant test. I read other reviews here and the company got an F on the ** and looks to be a scam. What can I do? Return the kit unopened? Thank You, ***********************

    They charged my INS. ** 4 times and they won't pay it all because it is not authorized provider. There was no mention of money it said free, I sure didn't order 4. This is a rip off. I did not want to make anybody sick by going out it's crazy.

    So when you go on ************ this pops up and wants you to fill out your Insurance Information. So I did and they said they needed copies of front and back of my Insurance Card so I sent it. As I did try again to ************ the correct form came up and all I had to do is put my name and address got a confirmation **** will deliver it. But my real concern my did they ask for my Insurance Information a little Scary. I willl contact my ***************** to let them know it is a scam.

    Fast Lab Technologies is a scam!! They promise 2 free tests. There is nothing free about this scam. They are trying to scam my insurance company!

    I had questions about my delivery and the type of tests I received. I was very confused about the different tests. The on line assistant went above and beyond to help explain it to me and was very patient because I have a hard time understanding sometimes. The delivery option was explained to me that they come in groupings and they have an online tracking that makes it so easy. This company is an A+ in my book!
