    Absolutely awful. They advertise it as free but they take insurance information, for what, is not disclosed. My order NEVER arrived. Good to make sure to contact insurance to ensure no charges. Terrible

    I think Fast Labs is one of the biggest Insurance Scammers ever!!! I ordered 1 Covid Test and got charged for 9. They managed to convescate over $2000.00 from my insurance company. NEVER USE THESE FOLKS. THEY ARE NOT GREAT AT ALL. I was continually receiving covid tests and had to email them and tell them to stop sending them to me. When I ordered the only test it took two weeks for me to receive it. In the letter I received it said that if I didn't take it and send it back I would have to pay for it. It was suppose to be a FREE test. I took 1 test and got my results back two weeks later.

    I ordered tests that after several days I did notreceive..I dont want them..will not pay for themfromwhat I have read this is a scam forolder folks.,shame on you..take me off your list

    When I ordered the Covid tests I thought they were the same as the ones the government provided during these past few years. However, your test kit is more inclusive and better but beyond what I want so I returned the first shipment I received and asked that further shipments cease. I realize this is very inconvenient for your company but, nonetheless, you have been most understanding and helpful throughout which is unusual in these less than helpful days when dealing with companies. I understand efforts will now be made to return to me the first kit I sent back to you and will now halt further deliveries beyond what you already sent. My insurance company will be billed and then we will be all resolved. I very much value your professional consumer practice,

    I previously spoke to my insurance about the Covid test I was receiving. The Covid test were listed as free. I filed a complaint with my insurance and they asked if the testing was fraudulent. I filed the complaint and someone from my insurance said they would reach out to fast lab. Yesterday someone named ***** called and explained the way the Covid test work and the billing. She explained the explan of benefits in great detail. She was very patient and I realized I misread the information and it was not free. She put my mind at ease and was very detailed. I have withdrawn my complaint with my insurance. Thank you for the quick explanation.

    I have requested that Fast Lab Technologies LLL, ********************************************************* to cease and desist in sending monthly Covid Tests. I have also filed a complaint with ******** for fraudulent charges. They continue to send these test and bill *********

    I ******************* give **** 5 Stars a fast lab representative today. I do have doubts about the integrity of the company why bill my insurance for free kits and why send kits I did not ask for?My overall experience with Fast Lab I have my doubts . Reputable Company ??????

    Yesterday I received a Covid-19 test ket from them, I never contacted them at anytime. I contacted my health provider and they never contacted them. It better not be charged to my Social Security.This looks like a BIG SCAM.
