    Thought these were free covid tests. But they cost $375! False advertising. After reading other reviews, many people were scammed with this.

    I would chose zero stars if I could. They are advertising FREE COVID test kits and then charging my insurance $325. I am NOT paying. They do not answer their phone and instruct you to use the "Live Chat" function, and then no one responds. This is a scam business and should be shut down for false advertising!

    I am a retired 71 year old woman who on September 25, 2023, went online to order the free Covid 19 government tests. Unknowingly, I went to the website for Fast Lab Technologies and signed up for free Covid 19 tests. Fast Lab Technologies began sending me weekly Covid tests. I thought this was odd so I talked to my daughter who checked online and said it is an insurance SCAM. I have tried to contact Fast Lab Technologies, but all I can find is a chat box. I reported this company to ******** as fraudulent.

    I think they scammed me. Asked for a free covid test and now they have sent me 3 on different occasions, unsolicited after the first one. They provide no phone number.

    They tried to charge my insurance ****** 10 times, ******* for 7 or 8 tests. My insurance co. sent me a denial for all 10. I could buy 8 test at drug store for ******. I have not received a bill from them, but if I do I will not pay for it. I have tried to contact them several times, but they will not get back to me. I have packaged them up to send back, but they will not get back to me. I have not used any of the test. FALSE ADVERTISING !

    I ordered "Free Covid 19 test" on 9/2/23 and apparently gave my insurance info which at the time didn't think anything wrong. I received an email shortly after I placed my free order requesting that I activate my kit and return the test, but I did not do this. I received 2 Covid tests weeks later after I'd already gone a purchased from a local pharmacy. I'm now receiving letters for (2) denied claims (one for 9/1 and another for 9/2 for $325 each), they submitted to my insurance for procedures not done. I've tried making contact with a live person to dispute this to number on website, but they are not taking calls. I prefer not to chat online with them. My insurance has been notified that these claims are fraudulent and not to pay. They have denied claims and refuse to pay, rightfully so. After reading other reviews with the same complaints, this company needs to be investigated and shut down for false advertising and claims.

    Ordered 1 kit got 5. All were turned into ******** even though it was advertised as free kit. Never do business with this company. They say all future orders have been canceled. I ordered nothing for the future. This is a scam.

    This is a scam. I thought it was real government approved Covid tests. It is not. They just keep sending tests that I never ordered. You can not call them, I tried several times and no answer.I will be letting my insurance company know and posting on line to earn other customers.

    Just order on 9/26 test kit, till today still not shipped! Government need shut this business down or send investigators to check is this a legit business or not!

    I fell for the "Free Covid-19" Test. Giving them my insurance info to get 2 covid live virus tests to send to their lab, and 8 in-home tests. I should have gotten suspicious when I received 6 individual packages, and realized they'd be billing 6 times, but they ended up billing my insurance EIGHT times, total scam. $325 for a covid test, which I could get for $20 at ********** Now, I'm going to be in a fight to get this taken care of, without paying the $2,600 they billed to my insurance, and my insurance (rightly so) refuse to pay.
