      I am so done with the customer service here. It takes MONTHS for them to respond to an email and of course there is no number to call for customer service. They just charged my card for over a GRAND when I quite clearly had removed that card days prior and have been going back and forth about getting an adequate super-bill to submit to insurance. For a mental health platform, their customer service is a huge stressful trigger. Have loved working my therapist for the last couple of years, but the rest of this app is horrible and its always glitching.

      Talk space appeared to be free with our insurance, every time we signed up for a session it told us $0 now we have been charged for every single session.. hundreds of dollars.

      It is impossible to reach anyone at TalkSpace for assistance with site issues. I wanted to cancel my membership and none of the steps shown on the internet worked. I tried for hours to find a way to reach support but the site took me around in frustrating circles! I finally received an email with a ticket number and, after sending an email back to the support team and received a canned response saying I have to wait "1-3 days" before anyone will contact me. I paid $1108 for the service and expect someone to be reachable. The site is supposedly available 24/7 and they should ensure they have support available 24/7 as well!. It doesn't even have to be good service but the fact there there is ZERO support available for people who are having issues and/or want to cancel their subscriptions is completely unacceptable.

      This is a horrendous service. I had five sessions paid on the books. I wrote volumes to my "therapist" and in return for back 7 total messages, days and days in between. Finally they told me they apologized, they'd need been sick with the change of the weather. It's like paying for nothing. I requested to have my wasted sessions refunded to be used with a new therapist and was left on the back burner apparently. My customer service ticket closed without any follow up. Talkspace is basically a scam.

      In September 2022, I signed up for Talkspace's services under the understanding that my insurance provider, TRICARE, would cover the associated costs. This information was provided by Talkspace representatives during my registration process, and I proceeded to utilize their services based on this assurance.However, upon filing a claim with TRICARE, my claim was denied. The reason provided was that my assigned provider within the Talkspace network was not active with TRICARE. This was a shocking revelation, as I was led to believe otherwise during my registration with Talkspace.Despite multiple attempts to rectify the issue with Talkspace, I was informed that nothing could be done to help me. I found this particularly troubling, considering the discrepancy seemed to stem from their end, and I was not assigned a TRICARE-credentialed provider despite explicitly stating my insurance coverage.The result of this miscommunication and seeming lack of due diligence on their part is that I am now out thousands of dollars. The distress this situation has caused me, both financially and emotionally, is immense. It negates the very therapeutic benefits I sought from their services.Therefore, I am now seeking your assistance in obtaining a refund from Talkspace. Given the circumstances and the lack of support or resolution from their end, I believe a full refund is a fair and appropriate course of action. This unfortunate situation reflects a disappointing deviation from the standard of customer service I expected and certainly undermines the trust and reliability customers should have in such service providers.I am confident in your commitment to protecting consumers and believe that your intervention could greatly help resolve this issue. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

      I was charged $1068 as part of a recurring three month plan. I forgot to put in the discount code and Talkspace opted to credit my account for the next billing cycle which meant a recurring charge. I didn't say anything but their slickness should have been a red flag.On top of that, my provider was a no-call no-show. I contacted Talkspace and asked for a refund and after never hearing back, I called my bank to dispute the charge and block any further charges.I still have not heard back about the dispute. I will never use this company again.

      They paired me with a psychologist who not only couldn't be found on Psychology Today, but had been convicted of ******** fraud. Profile: *****************************************************************: ************************************************************************************************************************************************************* reported this to them and said their team was looking into it. I can still find her on the platform today.

      This is an awful setup under the name of Mental Health.. This "assistance" will only add debt & billing to any issues you may be looking for help with. Looking to assist anyone in a Mental health crisis, DO NOT Refer !!! *** Initial call was made 6/*, 1st available appointment 6/**. Cost is ***** per session, so the credit card gets hit on 6/* for ******!! No services have been provided (on what planet do you pay for sessions in advance). The next billing scheduled was for ******, again nothing had been provided.. This is abuse of Mental Illness, *** has been notified This does not rate 1 star, but review will not be posted without.

      The prey on people needing help. Their charges and insurance is not clear. They make it look like you will get free unlimited sessions and then you get hit with the charges. Their customer service is backed up. They won't refund. They won't acknowledge that their tactics are misleading and someone needs to be done about this!

      They did not provide a good resolution and did not refund me for the misleading information they provided. I would have used my *** and had free visits if they did not tell me my insurance would cover with unlimited visits. I even had an introduction visit with a therapist who told me the same thing! This is a horrible way to operate by giving false information and charging people for services they could have had for free.
