    I purchased 2 matching mirrors. 1 mirror was severely damaged when I received it. I sent photos and requested West Mirrors send a replacement mirror to which they agreed to. It has been over a month and I have not received the replacement mirror or any confirmation that the mirror has been sent. They have not responded to my follow up emails asking when I might expect to receive the replacement mirror. As they have stopped responding, I am concerned I will not be receiving a replacement mirror as they promised. If they cannot send a replacement for the damaged mirror asap, I would ask them to issue a full refund for both mirrors. I am unable to use just one of the mirrors on a very large wall. They are welcome to come get the mirrors.

    Order was confirmed via email with an expected delivery date of mid-February. Nearly a month has passed and I've received no subsequent communication. I attempted to contact the email on the website ********************************** and it has been disabled. All other forms of contact do not work as well. Based on online reviews, I believe this business is a scam and I would like a full refund.

    Feb 8 2024- I ordered a mirror #***** for $138 from west mirrors.I have reached out to this company twice since then and have not received any correspondence from them regarding my order. Im concerned they stole my money.

    I placed an order on line with West Mirrors on October 4, 2023. I still havent received my mirror and when I try to contact them by phone the recording says they are not accepting phone calls. When I send an email I get a response that someone will get back to me and that hasnt happened. I would like my order or my money back.

    I received a damaged mirror in December 2023. West Mirrors did not take responsibility for removal from property. Cost for disposal was 98$.

    On August 9, 2023, I ordered an item from West Mirrors. The item was listed on Pre-order to be delivered on the second week of September. Towards the end of September, I reached to West Mirrors to get and update of the item delivery and they replied that it was slightly delayed and to be patient. I dont mind being patient and actually wait for the item I want, but if I new it would take this long, I wouldnt have ordered the item. I understand delays happen but West Mirrors was clear about when they would be able to deliver.Its November, and at this point I just want my refund to be processed. Upon reaching out to West mirros, they threatened to withhold 20% for having preordered the item, if I decided to proceed with the refund request.I think this is unacceptable. If I had changed my mind during the time frame they listed, it would be understandable but I cant wait indefinitely for an item that was supposed to be delivered months ago.Thats why Im submitting a complaint. I would like to have my full refund issued.

    On November 5, 2023 I ordered 3 mirrors from West Mirrors. Two of the three mirrors arrived in 2 months. The third mirror which cost the most never arrived. I reached out via email, as that is the only option, on February 16, 2023. On February 20, 2023- *****, the customer service rep responded, This email is to notify you that your mirror will be dispatched from the processing center this Wednesday. Please allow about 3 business days for the tracking number to update... Unfortunately I never received my tracking nor did the mirror come in.On March 22, 2023 I emailed customer service stating, As of February 7th I still have not recieved an updat as to where the remainder of my order will arrive. It has been over a month. Would you please advise as I would like to be reimbursed for waiting over 4 months for the mirror.On March 23, 2023 I was told my mirror was damaged in transit. I was also told by *****, Sorry- made to order mirrors cannot be refunded. We can only send replacements. On April 3, 2023 I responded to the companys messages that the mirror was in transit. I have been getting this message for the past 3 months. Would it be possible to stay proactive with my order and update me via email on all status of the production of the mirror. Or, would you be able to break down the process to me? As of now, I am very cautious as I feel I will never get this mirror. This has been a very bad experience for me as a customer.On April 10, 2023 ***** stated, It's **** weeks for production time. It is the same process.On June 30, 2023 I asked for an update and was told We are looking at 3-4 weeks. Once we have your mirror readyOn August 22, 2023 I asked for another update and tracking number. On August 23, 2023 I received an email that my order had shipped.It is August 31, ******************************************************* the mirror.

    Order #***** been talking to ***** since June 12. I was tried to get a label to get the item returned as it arrived damaged. Keep saying they will send me a label never do. Then last week sent the label and it was addressed to myself so could not be sent back as it was going to myself. I responded asking that to get fixed. They said ok by end of week. Still nothing and then now asking to just refund 50% of my order and I keep it. I keep emailing them back to get confirmation on everything and no response. But now i am out the money and a broken mirror.

    Ordered a mirror from this company and waited almost 2 months to receive it, which was acceptable because I realized it's probably coming from another country. It arrived broken and I immediately took pictures of it still in the box cracked all over, and also a better view, with it halfway out of the packaging. I sent a respectful letter, with the photo documentation, to the customer service email. Stated that I knew from previous reviews this was a possibility, but that I would like a replacement expedited as soon as possible and also requested instructions for returning the broken one. Four days later I received a rather useless reply acknowledging that I had a broken mirror, and a question of what would I like to do, as if they didn't read my initial email stating exactly what I would like to do. I've never heard from them since. I have followed up with multiple emails, and also tried calling but no one ever answers. At this point I just want my money back, because it's been several weeks and I need a mirror, and should clearly order from a more dependable company with integrity.

    While I have not received a response from the business in reference to complaint ID ********, I did get notice a few days after the letter was filed that a ***** shipment had been sent by the company to me. A replacement mirror has arrived, intact, in the past 2 days and I am satisfied with the resolution. This matter has been resolved.

    This place is a scam. The mirror I ordered arrived shattered, months after my initial order (late). I have now been waiting 6 MONTHS for a replacement mirror that has not shipped. They told me it would ship in April. I have emailed them twice requesting an update, but no one replies to my emails. I have already pre-paid for this product and they wont refund my money. No one answers emails or the customer service phone. I commented on Instagram, but I noticed that they immediately delete negative comments. Ive also noticed that they post fake reviews of their own company to offset the negative reviews from real customers. The only real reviews I have found were on Reddit, were several customers reported similar experiences.
