    I ordered a sunburst mirror that arrived with damage that is significant enough that I wanted to return it. The metal is too strong to bend back in its original straight form. I keep emailing and getting the run around with the same email response please send photos. I have sent photos three separate times and in response I receive the same email response please send photos as if in a loop. It is very clear they have no intention of remedying this situation. The disrespectful way they approach my inquiry tells me all I need to know about this company. I simply wanted to return it, possibly for an undamaged item or a refund.

    I ordered a mirror that I needed within 2 weeks and there was no infomration as to when it would arrive. I then submitted my order and reached out right away to get an estimate on the delivery time. They told me it would be a minimum of **** weeks as it's made-to-order and not an item in stock. I then asked for them to cancel, all within a 1 day timeframe, and they said they were going to charge me a 20% restocking fee.. FOR AN ITEM THAT ISN'T EVEN MADE YET!? A restocking fee is for restocking an item... This is not fair at ALL. I would strongly advise against shopping with West Mirrors.

    I ordered a mirror $856.43 on 9/1/2021, shipping was delayed multiple times until finally it was supposed to be delivered 7/7/2022. The day came and the delivery company called me to tell me it was shattered and they were "refusing" to deliver it. I contacted West Mirrors and they said they could get another shipment out right away. For the second time I was supposed to receive the mirror on 8/24/2022 (my birthday coincidentally, I was very excited to finally have it almost a year later). The same thing happened, the delivery company called me and said the mirror was shattered. I honestly just want the mirror but at this point I feel this company is lying. Now they say when they try to process the refund that they cannot because my account is inactive. This is not true. The account is still the same as when I purchased this mirror last year. I just want the mirror or a refund.

    On 07/15/22, I purchased the ******************* Gold Arch Decorative Wall mirror in Brushed Gold via West Mirrors LLC website.The product arrived on 07/27/22, severely damaged and the glass completely shattered. I spoke with *****, and they require a claim for damages to be filed by the shipper. I immediately attempted to contact West Mirrors customer service via phone and repeatedly received a recorded message that all agents were busy. After calling several times, I sent an email on 07/30/22 to ********************************* reporting the damage and did not receive a return response. I therefore followed up with another email to ******************************** and received a response that I had not reported the damage within the 7 day time frame, and was therefore not entitled to a replacement or refund. I have followed up with a detailed timeline and attached photographs of the damage to which I received a reply stating that they could find no evidence I had contacted them and would not be willing to assist further. Based on the degree of damage to the mirror, the lack of damage to the shipping package, and the refusal of the company to provide customer support, I believe the company intentionally did not respond to my requests for customer support during the 7 day time frame, so as not to be responsible for replacing or refunding the product. I have attempted to resolve the matter with them directly, and such attempts have not been successful. Consumers need to be aware that this company delivers defective products and then makes it impossible for the consumer to seek reparations under the terms of their strict Returns Policy.
