  Put on hold for 30 minutes then just hung up. The employee manual states,if you cant assist someone, put them on hold until they hang up. If they dont hang up, disconnect. Poor service every time I call.

  I had a business account with wise bank a dear friend of mine in ***** has his daughter Here in the **** for cancer treatment and was Unable to pay the hospital bill so my company paid the bill in the amount of $9,600 Dollars so my friend sent a wire to my For just over $9,600 Dollars wise pleased a hold on my account asked me what the money was for they are a bank and that is none of their business but I did tell them it Was a Reimbursement for a medical bill from My friend they asked me to send them a selfie of me holding my I.d. next to my face I did and they closed my account from what l See on your site they do that a lot customers Beware of this so called bank they are not Right.

  i have money on wise and I can't instantly transfer it to my bank account!!! It says I have to wait for my money till another day!!! This is scam!!!

  Wise, **** has fraudulently withdrawn money out of several of our business accounts. We have contacted them and notified them of the fraud. The police and Federal Crimes unit has been notified

  **** has the worst customer service that I have ever encountered anywhere, with any company, period. I started a transfer in US Dollars to an individual in ***** who would receive Rupees. Two seconds after initiating the transfer I get a message they need additional information. Fine. But they never sent an request to my email. I checked spam. No message. I called in and was placed on hold for 45 minutes by a rep who was "investigating" and that after waiting 45 minutes for them to pick up the call at all. Then after total 90+ minutes invested, a rep picks up my call that I was waiting on hold and treated me like someone who had just called in. Are you kidding me? These people are the Keystone Cops of international money transfers. They have no idea what they are doing. Their customer service is the WORST. Save yourself. Stay away!! If I could give them no stars, I would do that.

  Customer of 8 years and now they are denying service under the extortion of providing ssn. Complete discrimination of ************* citizens as they are the only nationality required to provide this information. Never give out your ssn to any foreign company. Or any company that is not federally responsible.

  I am new to Wise and luckily only have a small amount with them. I did one transfer with them and it went great - so I decided, this is the company I want to use for all my transfers.Well - until today - today is the day I have to cut my losses and they lost me as a customer for sure. No idea, what happened and what they are doing and why - but they won't let me log in and won't provide a reset password email either. And I cannot call them either. Sent an email - but do not have much hope.Really bad customer service. Then I read the ******************** complaints and it seems they take your money and then close your account or do not let you back in. Wow. So many complaints of the same sort.Do not use this company.

  I have used **** about six times over the past few years to transfer money from my ****** account to four different family member's bank accounts in *******. The fees/exchange rates are MUCH better than what I used to pay when wiring from bank to bank.The transfers happened just as they promised they would.The only difficulty I had was when transferring from a ****** joint trust account. That doesn't work due to the difficulty of verifying the account. They cancelled the transfer and returned my money promptly.I had to set up an individual account and transfer money into that account before using it to wire funds to Wise.

  Started using Wise as a freelancer. I had my account connected to my checking account. I then unlinked my banking account and ordered the credit card to have my money put on. I got paid again by clients and my money was sent to my checking account. My bank charged me fees for an international transfer. Called Wise customer service and they said they would look into it. They did not know why my money was sent to my bank account since it was not connected. ****** service then emailed me saying it would take 45 days to look into this situation. Emailed customer service and still a week later no response.
