    I love the selection of books and the quality and care that goes into packaging and shipment. **** has wonderful customer service and they quickly respond to any questions I have had. Im very pleased to be a member. Member since 2021.

    I was deceived by one of their ******** ads. Free hat with $5 book. Total came up to $18 and I got no freebie as the promo stated. Reached out the company and they said they would send my hat in my second months subscription box. However the subscription is 'cancel any time' as I'm paying month to month. I will not renew for a second month when they didn't deliver on our first transaction. If I were to get the hat in my second box I would have then paid for TWO books for one "freebie" hat that was supposed to be included in the first box but was not due to their supply issues. I don't understand why they expect more money out of me instead of honoring the promotion as advertised

    Great books at great prices. They have an excellent selection. It is easy to skip a month if you want to, although you probably will not ever want to do that. **************** is superb. Cant say enough good things about ****.

    I love Book of the Month ! Look forward to it each month - maybe once or twice I skipped a month but for the most part all the books I did pick were very good & something I really enjoyed !

    I have been a **** member since 2018. I unreasonably have 7 accounts. The memberships has so many perks that it only makes sense to have multiple accounts. The skip ******* is very easy to use. The add ons are only $10-11 each which makes the memberships worth while. Everyone knows that at the holidays - their gifts will be wrapped in little blue boxes with BOTM logos written on them.

    I absolutely adore Book of the Month! I've been a member for several years now. I've never had an issue with shipping, and I love the selections. I've even had to pause a couple times over the years, to catch up on my reading! Their support is always kind and helpful. Really amazing service for book lovers ??

    I was gifted a subscription with 6 credits, and I used 3 of them over the course of a year. When I would look at the monthly book options, a lot of them did not stand out to me and were not my style. They recently cancelled my subscription and removed my 3 remaining credits because apparently it only lasts for a year. I don't remember if I was ever told about this, I was never given notice on the website or by email that my credits were expiring soon! They are not very transparent, and the cost to subscribe monthly is not worth it in my opinion.

    I purchased a book through a promo I saw in an Instagram ad. I assumed I would be required to subscribe in order to take advantage of the deal, but I was able to get the book I wanted.The very next page after purchasing the book was a chance to select a subscription plan, but before I was even able to review the options, I got a notification that a charge went through for one of the plan options. When I went to cancel, it told me I had a two month commitment and that I cannot cancel until after that. Maybe this was hidden in the terms and conditions somewhere, I'm not sure. But it absolutely was not indicated in the ad nor was there an opportunity for me to agree to the charge for the subscription. I don't want this subscription and I do not have the financial capacity for a 2-month committment. But if this is how sneaky they are in the beginning, I cannot imagine how shady they are down the line. I want the subscription cancelled and a full refund. If they want to keep the book, thats fine. Without an expedient resolution, I will need to dispute these charges with my credit card company.
