    My favorite subscription service, member for a few years now. Book choices are usually highly anticipated books, and book prices are cheaper than most places, especially the "add-on" books. What stands out the most is their ease of use and customer service. It's easy to skip the ******************** if I've fallen behind on reading (or just not interested in any titles), and also easy to temporarily pause the subscription until I use all of my credits. I accidentally ordered a duplicate of a book I had already ordered from them, they weren't able to adjust my order as it had already been shipped, so instead they gave me an extra credit and suggested I donate the duplicate to my local library (which I did). Great service, will continue to use.

    90% of the books on my top ten list are from u guys . It saves me time finding a book that I love ! My favorite thing to do is look at books from the past BOTM , always guaranteed a great read .

    I love my botm subscription. It is easily the friendliest subscription I have. If there are ever any problems their customer service team handles it quickly. Also -- the book selections are great. I've found so many books that I would have never discovered if I were just searching on Amazon.

    I have had the worst experience with Book of the Month, LLC. I contacted customer service because I wanted to use my $16.99 credit before I cancelled. I was cancelling due to them not having a selection of books each month that I was interested in choosing. I was told I would have to wait until April 1st to select a book and use my credit. I asked "why"? I was told it was because I had waived my selection for March and would not be able to use my credit until April. I told them numerous times (in emails that I kept) that I DID NOT want to be charged again this month. Today, I received a notification that I had in fact been charged. I immediately asked for a refund and asked to be cancelled (again). Here's the thing...from the very start (over a week ago), I asked to be cancelled. They kept sending messages saying they can help, etc. Well, now I know they were just keeping the conversation going so I would be charged again. Horrible company. Do not subscribe!!!

    I was invited to join the Book of the Month Club on their website and was told I could get a book for $5 if I joined. Nothing was mentioned about me having to pay for an $18 "credit" (to be applied to the next book I would order). I knew nothing about it until I got my credit card bill. When I contacted Book of the Month through their website and by e-mail they REFUSED to give me my money back and said that I had agreed to the charge. My credit card company issued me a credit for this amount but **** REFUSED to give me the money back on their own. I will never ever have anything to do with them again. They are dishonest and deceitful.
