I subscribed to The New York Sun through their website and have encountered ongoing issues that I have been unable to resolve due to their unresponsive customer service.Despite multiple attempts to contact the organization via their provided support emails ******************* ****************** and through their Schedule a Call form, I have not received any response. There is no published phone number that connects directly to the company, and the one listed online appears to be for a completely unrelated business (Ciba Health). My issue involves:[? Not receiving access to subscription content][? Being charged for a service I cannot use][? A cancellation/refund request being ignored]I am seeking one of the following resolutions: A refund for the amount charged A cancellation of my subscription Desired Resolution:Full refund of 2 years without support or help to content. $120/year They just cahrged my account $120.00 again on June 27th 2025 Cancellation of membership

I tried NYSun 3 years ago with a one week trial, I canceled it 3 years ago, same week over the phone. I was not aware the account was not canceled and I was billed $120 for 3 years, which I just noticed two days ago. I called **************** and they said they cannot help, I needed to call the NY Sun. I called, they do not return calls. I would immediate cancelation and a return of my money. I never read The NYSun, as I thought it was canceled. I don't even have a password to their website, never did, because I canceled.

I had a trial subscription for ****** which i basically forgot about because i never read it. 4/25/25 was the deadline to cancel before being charged $120. Anyways, i have photo evidence that I canceled my membership within due time, but they still tried to charge me. Fortunately my bank blocked the payment, but i had to put my card on freeze so that they wont try and charge me again. I have tried multiple times to email and schedule calls to verify that they see that i canceled, and that there wont be any more charge attempts. But they are purposely evading my emails and calls, which makes me feel like they are still going to try to charge again. I dont want to have to start over with a new card; i really just want them to verify that they see i canceled on time and will not reattempt to charge me. Very shady business practices.

I paid for one year with the New York Sun for $120. In May 2024, I cancelled it. I also unsubscribed from the daily drip emails. Last week, I get charged again, $120. I completed a ticket for customer service and the call was scheduled today for 7:45. They snubbed me. No call. As a former card-carrying **** journalist (****************************************), this kind of "lackadaisical" approach to customer service is simply inexcusable. Regretfully, my bank will now force the chargeback.

I saw an advertisement on the internet for a 30 day trial subscription to the **** Sun newspaper.I took the trial subscription and started receiving daily emails of the newspaper. Before the 30 days was up, I emailed the paper to cancel my subscription, which they did. On 1-8-2025 my charge card was bill for $120.00 by the newspaper. I have not been receiving the daily emails since I cancelled the subscription. I have been unsuccessful in trying to contact the newspaper to have them cancel this unjustified charge.

I started a trial subscription with the ****** and was charged $120 for a year's subscription at the end of the trial period, on 12/1/14. My mistake - I missed the deadline to cancel. The following day I put an order to cancel the subscription in order to make sure it did not automatically renew next year. Now, I can neither access the current subscription for which I was charged, nor have I been refunded the $120. Either give me access to my annual subscription for which I have paid, or refund my $120. Several emails to the NY Sun **************** have gone unanswered.
