      horrible app the support team offers no help whatsoever theyll just tell you that unfortunately theres nothing i can do on my end not helpful at all worse betting app i would not recommend

      Tried to withdraw $1400 and account was suspended immediately. They do not like when you arent losing money. Very poor communication and unprofessional. Zero customer service. Have provided documents and reached our daily since 1/25/2024 to no avail. Hope they make this right.

      I created a FanDuel account to take advantage of their promotion. After making a few bets, they suspended my account and is not accessible via chat. Chat is the only way to contact them. ****** learned. If it wasnt more than a few hundred I would be calling my lawyer.

      I went on the live college basketball betting last week and I saw a game between Tulane vs UTSA, and it was in overtime *******. Tulane was winning by 6, it said place bet for ****** ****. I placed the bet, turns out that wasn't the actual score, I looked on another site and it said the score was in the 50s early in the 2nd. You are falsely showing scores so people will loose bets. I have snapshots of each of the stages. It even shows in my settled bets that same score, showing that you would think I won, but not really. Fix your problem or you will loose *******, it's already a billion dollar company, do you really need to s**** people out of pennies. And I asked the help line, and they say it's not there fault.

      If you use the app a lot, you will be able to withdrawal your money instantly. However, step away from betting and come back and win on the first bet (especially a free bet)? Expect to wait the entire processing time and maybe more (still waiting). I quit sports betting. But before when I was doing it daily, I was able to withdrawal money and get it instantly. So I redownload the app to get my tax stuff only to find out I randomly had a $25 free bet to use. I use it and win. I go to withdrawal my winnings, and I'm still waiting over 12 hours later. I know the transaction time is 24, but that was never an issue when I was there every day making bets and withdrawing. **** company man

      Scam. They suspend your account for security reasons when you attempt to cash out. No access to your account, no means of contacting them to sort it out. They seemed quite happy to take my money but very unhappy when I wanted a portion back.

      THEY FROZE MY ACCOUNT AND EVERYONE YOU SPEAK TO ACT AS IF THEY DONT KNOW ANYTHING, AND YOU WILL JUST HAVE YO WAIT FOR THIS EMAIL THAT IVE BEEN WAITING FOR, FOR 5 DAYS NOW SO YEAH FANDUEL THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE MY NEXT STEP IS A NICE EMAIL TO CORPORATE ?? AND I REALLY DONT HAVE TIME FOR ALL THAT !!!! Now Im wondering if I won something you guys wont to suspend my account as if I had money in it ??

      This company is a scam. They don't even deserve 1 star. I didn't even know who they were until I ordered something and paid through pay pal . Now I'm even wondering if pay pal is a scam.
