      I opened an account early last year and never used or deposit. I put a wager in last weekend and was supposed to recieve a promotion that is still going on untill end of this month bet 5 get 150 credit. I contact them and they did not honor this promotion. I would not bother with this company but rather use others.

      This company is terrible. I put in my money and they suspended my account to verify if I was human. Okay this day and age sure. I provide everything they requested to prove I am who I am and they still refuse to open my account or refund my money. Its been over a month and no response. This is brutal.

      I am or was a VIP member on Fan Duel Casino, after talking with my casino host and mentioning their comps may not be as good as other sites and I may play on other sites also, he threatened to remove my VIP Status and actually did. I ********** of money on there and after dealing with this joke of a host, *************************, I realize he knows absolutely nothing about hosting or customer service.

      Absolute crooks. System is rigged. I literally watched that happen live time and reached out to customer service and they told me unfortunately their numbers or controlled by a third party. You will always no matter what lose by one point, one shot, one goal. ALWAYS! Customer service is basically non-existent. There is zero accountability and they will absolutely take your money every time!! Rigged is an understatement. I highly recommend saving your money! I wish I could give them zero stars!

      As we all know fanduel is a has been - like a Bovada. Its losing money because it can not keep up with its competitors - Draftkings and the New ESPN BET - I feel like i was 18 playing with overeas online gambling with them in terms of there time relation for winnings - because at the end of the day that is what we want.I was happy, but when a company starts taking out there losses on there consumers. That is Just Wrong - get with the times give to the consumers and your company may grow. My forecast - as they are pretty well predictied - I give you about a year but thats wishing you the best.

      absolutely terrible. I would give 0 stars. they should not even be in business. you can't call them, period. All communication is over email. and you would think if email was the only way of communication that they would be good at it...nope. they are horrendous, horrible despicable incompetent, lazy, out of touch, bad, not good, and terrible rude customer service team that ever existed. They take days if not weeks to reply to one email. a simple easy email to resolve an issue takes way too long to resolve. This support team doesn't ever understand the word communication. I have never worked with a more incompetent customer service team in my entire life throughout the world. Yes, the world. And I mean it, worlds worst! Please take my advice, don't use FanDuel. find another option. if you need their support team you will be more than disappointed. I cannot emphasize enough how incompetent this support team is.

      They suspend your account every time you win and when you like to take the winning, than that will try to find reasons do delay or scam you. Customer support is worthless you cant talk to anyone and look it up, there is no phone number you to call. Its a scam authorities need to get involved

      These guys are crooks. I know I sound like the usual guy that lost a few bucks but I actually have never bet on an online blackjack game until a few weeks back and never without a plan. I have compiled a spreadsheet (receipts are obviously available as well) I created over about **** hands on this sites blackjack casino feature and it seems rather apparent that although, legally, Fan Duels casino feature is supposed to be regulated just as a normal casino would be, it indeed is a virtual casino and would have algorithms thatd be more easily manipulated by the right team. I find that there is a lure in the coding of the game. Example:You bet a $5 hand. You will win this hand at the usual percentage you would in a live casino.Casino app goes on a couple winning streaks then they allow you to win multiple. As soon as you get comfortable, (maybe after **** hands) you might up that $5 hand to $25, this is when the app will lock in on blackjacks and dealing you out poor hands. I promise you if you test this you will see what I mean. There is something very intrinsically flawed with the way this online game works.It lures the avg person by allowing them to win low hands, then a very high % of them bet higher and the game auto locks on blackjack or a higher hand, that or by dealing you an impossible hand to play.I know were talking about a game here but this is a game that millions play and spend actual funds on. Something should be reviewed on FanDuel at the very least.Apologies for the long winded review and thank you for your time and attention.I sound like a gambling addict but in reality I have been playing this game for about a month with detailed findings in its lack of genuine programming.This should be
