      My Account was suspended yesterday 12/12/23 and I have deposited money, placed bets and won but cant access my winnings or the money I have deposited because my account was suspended, they asked me for documentation in which I sent, *************************************************************** be highly disappointed if the issue doesnt get resolved

      This service has tons of issues. They use public figures to help market this form of gambling to make it fun and exciting but it's only a brainwash form of gambling. I have had several issues with my funds being stuck in the account which is unusual when time to withdraw or delete I've also have problems with receiving my cash in proper time and they always come up with ways to manipulate someone with their wager by freezing the boards or doing everything possible to manipulate. I contacted about receiving my funds back from technical issues and of course they're making every excuse not to deliver my funds back that were unequally wagered. I give this service a (0.5 -half of a star out of 5 -five stars). This form of gambling needs to be removed from our society.

      They came out with this rewards machine to let you "win" bonus money, but now they threw in these tickets during the spins and act like it's a benefit!? These tickets take away from the symbols in your daily spins that would accumulate and actually win money to play with, and instead every spin is littered with these tickets that accumulate all week just to win NOTHING with them 80% of the time! It's a joke and they think they're slick by acting like it's a "great new way to win" when really all it does is further your chances from actually winning. They also give zero casino bonus money as long as you continue to spend and lose, but the moment you decide to take a break...you get notified of a $50 bonus for you to enjoy on their site! Greed!!

      1. Horrible customer service. I mean flat out THE WORST. 2. CONSTANTLY needs to verify you're not a robot, but half the time it doesn't work and then you can't get back in until the next day?? WTF 3. The site has gotten slow.4. Logs you out constantly, after only about 15 minutes. 5. I used to love the Fanduel site. But it seems like since Sportsbook came out, Fanduel Fantasy went to h*** 6. I don't have ANY of these problems with Draftkings, or any other fantasy sports sites. 7. There are many other options for fantasy and gambling. I'm close to leaving Fanduel due to all the *** its not worth the frustration anymore. And I had been a very happy member for about 10 years.8. Fanduel has gotten too big. It forgot what's important.

      The worst customer service do not use ********************** they stole my money and suspended my account without even telling me why. I never even placed a bet just deposited money and as I did the account got suspended.

      Fanduel was doing a %50 promotion recently (deposit x amount of money and receive %50 percent back in bonus bets to bet with.) So, I deposited 200 dollars into my account, and within 1 minute they had suspended my account. I have emailed them 10 times with documentation giving them everything they have asked for, I have contacted them on ******** and through their s***** chat bot. NOTHING. NO RESPONSES. NO HELP. When I was suspended on DraftKings for winning a lot of money, they contacted me within 30 minutes of every email and got my account unsuspended the same day. If you care about your money, do NOT use fanduel. Use DraftKings. This company should be sued. I've read 100s of reviews of the same things happening to other users. ridiculous.

      The worst customer support I have ever dealt with . Went to cash out a certain amount and when I logged back in it was gone . They said to check my connection or to update the app . My connection is fine and I have the most updated app . This problem happen several times they refuse to look into it further . They also had many games lag and glitch where I sent screen shots and video recordings . They never took responsibility for anything on there end .
