      Horrible customer service, suspended my account because I logged into it on my other phone.. been having the same issue for days now and have yet to be resolved. I will never use this platform again.. DraftKings is much better and have faster response times. Dont waster your time with this piece of s*** a** company.

      Fanduel closed my account when I had money in my account I think they should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

      They are terrible and have no regard for their customers. They permanently closed my account for unjust reasons because they think they are God's amongst the gambling community. What they did to me was disgusting. Weeks they held my money with no reply my frustration with them grew stronger and they used my frustrations against me saying it was in my best interest. No one tells me what I can and can not do especially with my money but they had no problems taking thousands from me prior too.

      Contemptible fraud scheme. Fanduel received $100 - over two years ago. Small print thereafter will tell you most states (your state of domicile) prohibit on-line sports betting. Over two years later, after over a dozen requests for refund, nothing. Complaints filed with Casino/Betting oversight entities, to compel them to return my money. STAY AWAY, SPREAD THE *****

      I have screenshot proof of bets placed with bet I.D. number as a winner and when its settled they pay nothing and blame 3rd party for the information on their app. On their websites.

      My account from Fam Duel was suspended for no reason at all. I received an email telling me to send in my documents which I did and still no response. It’s really frustrating trying to get through to customer service also. I had money on games and this is not right.

      I was playing on this site and I noticed numerous issues that I had not noticed on similar sportsbooks. I finally won a bet after losing far more money than I had just won. I went to cash out the bet and noticed that for no reason at all the bet was not being finalized. After 2 hrs had passed I contacted support about my frustrations. The support was extremely unhelpful. All they told me was fanduel policy dictates that they dont have to pay your money out for 3 whole days just because they said so. I then got angry and made a back handed comment but I was careful to refrain from swearing and didnt say anything derogatory. Shortly thereafter the girl working support said "is that all I can help you with" ended the chat and then suspended my account without cause. Freezing my funds.

      FanDuel req to have all your personal information only so they can block your account. Emailed me asking for a pic ID, etc and still did not unblock my account. Makes me nervous as to why u need all my personal info just so I don't have any access to use my account. Zero stars if possible

      I am Writing to discuss my situation with my fan duel account. For several weeks, *** been trying to get my refund back in my account. I have Been working with several live chat agents regarding this issue. My Bank has confirmed to me that there was no money received in the amount of $850 and its not pending. After several conversations with fan duel agents I was told the issue was escalated to the accounts team. I was told I will receive a email from the account team with an update. Nothing has been received. After being told the refund was sent back Oct 12. I have still not received the money nor an email. As of today, my account was suspended for some reason!?! Fan Duel literally took out the money and said they would refund it. I still have not received anything.
