  FanDuel is the worst platform. They are impossible to get a hold of and they ********* you off the chat when you have an issue. I've been waiting 7 days for my no sweat bet return and they keep saying to wait 72 hrs. Obviously they don't know how to do math. I wound give 0 stars if I could.

  LET ME PREFACE THIS WITH DO NOT USE THIS SITE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WIHTOUT ASKING SUSPEND YOUR ACCOUNT AND MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU TO GET YOUR MONY BACK My first experience with Fan Duel was and is still going horrifically. So a bud of mine is into sports and put me onto FanDuel. He said it was fun and that he had some good luck while betting last year. SO I decided to give it a shot. I Create an account, everything seems to be going smooth. I make my first bet ever and BAM I win a measly $4.44 cents on my $10. Now of course they lured me into some of their bonus bets and a friends referral code but be careful, to this point that's about as good as it gets. Everything form here on out went downhill, an absolute shitshow if I may. I played a Parley bet on some tennis with my bonus credits, went to bed, and woke up the next morning to a suspended account ! I immediately tried contacting support through email with no response, days later still no response so I go to wait for a live Chat Agent. I join the waitlist of 57 members and wait almost and hour until my spot reads 30, then all of a sudden the chat refreshes and kicks me out of line. I go to return to the live chat line and its in the 80's now, so I guess you can say that was a failed attempt. At this point its been over 3 days with no response so I'm getting worries its a scam. I proceed to email them once more and finally on the 5th day, a response ! they wanted me to "verify" my account even though I've already put in all my personal information. i go to verify and guess what. this link used to upload pictures WILL NOT allow me to uploading anything, continually presenting me with error after error and to "contact an administrator" . At this point am I massively fed up with trying to claw my money back. I unbelievable the lengths the **** will go to prevent you from accessing your account. I think at this point they are going to rob me of my money if I am no able the find a way to upload pictures.

  worst sportsbook ever! If youre a smart better, they dont want your business. If you start to win, they lock up your funds and suspend your account without any notification, and it takes forever to get access to your money. They are only looking to steal your money and rely on parlay bets knowing you will lose.

  COMPANY FALSE ADVERTISE . They do NOT give you a $50 Bonus Bet for your referrals. I have plenty of screenshots of them doing nothing but saying they are sorry instead of giving me what is owed to me.

  The way this business is run is perhaps the most disgraceful and disorganized I have ever seen a business. Communication is terrible They had no issues taking my money. One day after I established my account and placed a Sporting bet I was locked out of my account without even so much as an email explaining what was going on.

  Every negative review is 100% true. These guys are thieves. Offered a NO SWEAT BET up to $1,000, where if you place you first bet and lose up to $1,000 they will immediately deposit the lost amount back into your account. Total BS. They did not reimburse a *****. They don't have a number to call (shocker!) you can only email. They replied asking for a screen shot of the promo, which thank god I had, and sent to them. Only to have them not reply for days. I followed up daily being told it is being addressed, on my last follow up, they sent an auto-reply stating, "this matter has been closed". They are one GIANT FRAUD. DO NOT OUT $1 into an account with these scum bags. MGMBET, DraftKings and ******** are all legit and do as they advertise. Go with one of them. I can't believe there are not class action law suits against these guys. SCUM OF THE ******

  Useless thieves that will use wording against you but even after they say they are wrong and will resolve it they go back on the promise that is writing by them.
