      My account got suspended for so called unusual activity after I did two withdraws and they r pending, now I have to wait to receive my money if they ever unsuspend my account!

      My account has been suspended for suspicious activity My account number is ******** My name is ************************* I was born **** November 7th I am paralyzed from the waist down I only can use my hands I enjoy watching sports And betting This has brought me trouble I'm not able to access my social security card or my identification card at this moment it's in the mail I have $1488 in my account that I won and soon as I won my money they suspended my account I can show a piece of paper from social security with my social security number my birth date and my name And I remember my identification number also so I can send it through ***** I can't upload my identification at this moment I am paralyzed from the waist down I only can use my hand Please please help me Unsuspended my account There's no suspicious activity I been the only on in my account I will escalate this further and this never happened before I'm contacting better business bureau with all my complaints and concerns also I can't upload anything I am paralyzed from the waist down I only can use my hands

      The worst customer service ever. The app sucks! They take your deposit with 0 issue then the app has so many glitches that you have to beg for help! Forget them!

      Account was suspended for no reason. I sent the requested documents they asked for and it's still suspended with my deposit money on there.

      I wish I had read the reviews... getting your money back seems impossible. I went to an Orioles game from out of state, decided to bet just $10 on the game, won, and now can't get my money to close out the account. I've exchanged several emails and their requests for information seem super shady. I would caution anyone considering this platform...

      FAN DUEL IS THE WORST NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I AM BLIND WITH NO ONE TO TALK TO JUST ONLINE TEXTING AND E-MAIL. I WAS A 10 YEAR CUSTOMER OF TVG THEY WERE GREAT EXCEPT THEY SOLD OUT TO THESE LOOSERS.

      This company will suspend your account of no fault of your own. And once you realize that and attempt to rectify the issue you receive complete ineptness. The customer service is horrible. You're led thru lots of automated messaging and online chats and once you actually speak with someone you're already frustrated and they leave you even more empty and without resolve. I never had the block removed after numerous attempts and demanded the account closed and to have the balance remaining put back onto my credit card and they agreed. I have yet to receive my money and this is currently 2 months since this started. Please alert and beware of this company.

      They don't honor their refer a friend program, it's a scam and customer service does nothing to help.
