      got a referral from a buddy of mine Im for fanduel, I normally play *** *** figured why don’t I try it!
      And I am not one for change!
      Anyway I played and liked the simplicity of blackjack so I decided to spend a little money! I deposited $312 cash not my account. We’ll time comes for my BONUS FOR BEING REFERRED and MY DEPOSIT MATCH! And I didn’t get them! I had to talk to customer support CHAT through messages MULTIPLE TIMES! (I HAVE SCREEN SHOTS OF THE CONVERSATIONS) finally days and days later they send me the deposit match and bonus for being referred! Then LOCK MY ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON! I can’t call anyone to speak to them and they are just keeping my money and not letting into my account! They say it’s on their time! That’s ******** the ts my money and I should be able to get my ****! They can’t even tell my why my account is locked!
      FanDuel is some *******! Horrible app horrible customer service! Horrible communication!
      Bad promo codes!
      All around horrible!!

      They are scammers they lie about promotions they con people in and then say we are having trouble like yesterday they had a promotion running all week then comes Sunday I signed in went to the promotion and they said it was down if I would have received my free spins I would have gotten money because it builds up to Sunday and then it's down I sign in this morning and it's a new week so my free spins are there now but it starts over so everything from the week before they took back they lie about promotions to get people to pay in and they never get there promotion something all ways happens it's a fraud and they are ripping people off

      Every time I would deposit, it would let me pay a few rounds and kick me off the game as soon as it started to hit... had to re-login 20+ times

      Considering filing a police report. My funds have been locked without warning or reason. I have waited 2 weeks for a reply to multiple emails and nobody has responded. Worst company i have ever dealt with.

      They said the *** contest on 9/10/22 would score all players from DET/KC **** with 0 yet the winners had players from that **** with scores counted.

      I made a bet on the free bet HiLo game on 9/11 and I wasnt paid out the correct pay for my score even after contacting customer service multiple times

      They have been withholding my money from me for almost a week: with no response other then an automated response. Seems as if they are just making interest on my money

      On my very first bet that they advertise would be insured up to $1000.00 dollars. I had to give them my account access in doing so I opened a big can of worms. I actually won my very first bet and I collected my earning of another $1000.00 dollars. Then about three days later they accessed my account and TOOK back my winnings of $1000.00. I immediately contacted my *********** service provider and also contact my bank filing a dispute. My bank reimbursed me for the unauthorized transaction. Then a month later, Fanduels hired ****************** started sending me COLLECTION notification and thats when my Legal Team sent them letters to stop notification unless they can provide letter documentation of services provided. They couldnt so they stopped.

      Theyre false advertising in their commercials on TV about the cash out option but never offer it on there website. Scamming people out of money.

      I signed up and spent close to 400 dollars.. all went fine.I refer my wife and she signs up .. as shes the baseball addict, i go to her for tips lol!And now the shut down both our accounts and wont respond to my emails. They are just mad because we actually win and bet intelligently. Zero communication from this company. I run a health and wellness company which i was hoping to setup a signup deal between my companies employees and Fanduel.. but they have effectively lost my business. I cant even get an answer out of them.
