      They set up promotions then take them away. Very upset with this company. Can't talk to a human. Very very upsetting. I will be contacting a lawyer.

      My fanDual account was suspended. After verifying my identity the customer service rep told me they were unaware why the suspension occurred. I proceeded to inquire about the money that was put onto the account . I was told there would be a hold on the funds until my account was unsuspended, whoever they never contacted me back after that. Im seeking to be reimbursed as soon as soon as this has been an on going mater for 3 months now!

      FanDuel told me that my account was suspended on 11/06/2022 and they have not inforned of why it was suspended nor has customer Service been able to explain what happened or when it will be resolved. The customer Service is terrible and do literally nothing to help, they act as a *********** group and actually do everything AGAINST helping the customer reach a solution. I have money I my account that I need to withdraw and I am being blocked from doing so.

      I wish I could give them those stars I’ve been gambling on the site for almost a year now spent over $34,000 never had a problem till recently when withdrawing is in my account was suspended for made up circumstances saying my bank made a request saying that a deposit was fraudulent which is not the case even have the emails and everything from my bank and then I want to withdraw 500 to ****** it didn’t go through they never sent me an email about it so it went back to my account I didn’t notice because I was winning a few hundred here losing a few hundred there but they sent me an email for two other withdraws that didn’t go through just not that one that’s very suspicious and definitely not right and trying to get a hold of them is impossible never get back to ignorant don’t know what they’re talking about I’m gonna look in the legal action against them and I advise anyone don’t gamble there Save your money for a casino that actually cares and will help you if issues arise

      FanDuel is doing illegal location verification processes during in play betting. My location was verified I placed the BET and it still blocked the verification, only when the odds went against their favor. I hope more people see this and file a class action suit.

      Very shady practices lately at the sportsbook. Im a longtime customer who has lost a lot there, yet i was ignored and dismissed with a grading issue. They claim THEY made an error on the lines for a tennis match so they voided ALL the winning wagers, BUT kept the money for the losing wagers. I have filed a complaint here to warn others and also trying to find info on how to submit all the info and screenshots to the gambling commission where they are licensed. Its funny its illegal to wager offshore because they want it regulated, then its the books here that will cheat you. NEVER had an issue like this with ******** or *******. Im really sad to be treated this way as ive been loyal to FD and spend all my money there even tho i get flooded with promos from *********** ******* *******, and others.

      I received email saying my account was suspended due to inconsistent activity. I contacted customer support and they requested picture of my drivers license, debit card used for deposit, and picture of myself holding something with the current date. I supplied all information immediately, yet havent heard anything for 3 weeks, not even confirmation of receipt or some sort of status update. Every time I try to get answers they tell me my case is still pending and someone will get back to me. I have roughly $1,000 in suspended account, and its getting frustrating because its been almost a month. Not sure how this is legal.

      FanDuel is holding over $1,800 in winnings based on a credit card fraud dispute that was paid in full and documented! Avoid this scam company

      Very poor customer service, you can't talk to a phone rep. All they tell you is somebody will email you. You wait for days and no email. Very hard to resolve account issues. I can't tell you nothing further because it's been one week and my account has been deactivated. No bets made and no problems solved. Just waiting on a email that never comes.

      Ive been with FanDuel for over a year now I have not tried to withdraw any money obviously Im not a very good better but I actually won a Lotta little money yesterday I went to withdraw the money and they froze my account and Im sure if you guys have tried to contact somebody at FanDuel all it is a chat room and the only thing they keep telling me is that a supervisor will contact me no timeframe they told me that I could take up to years yes I did say years they told me absolutely amazing they had no problem taking my money but as soon as I hit that withdrawal button all the sudden my account was froze
