      I have been a customer for years now and loyal to ********************. There has been numerous times where I would enter a contest and then when I go to make my lineup an error messsage would keep popping up. I would try to cancel it and it would not let me. Im displeased with the service. You think they would give some type of incentive but no they could care less keeping you as a customer. Anyone looking to create an account on ******************** my suggestion is dont they offer c*** promotions and only care about the money they get from you.

      I've been on Fanduel playing for 4 years. My acct was just recently suspended. The reason they gave me was because I used my daughters online E Settlement card to make a deposit. My daughter passed away years ago at age 5. I sent in screenshots of everything they wanted. Still my acct is suspended. I have over 300 in my acct, also my bank card is saved on thier site. They will not respond to any emails I send them. I just want my money, and my card off thier site. This is unreal a company well known as fanduel would treat thier players like I've been treated. I wish I could do more, but I'm clueless what to do.

      Doesn't care about giving the customer a good experience. Other industry giants are more fair to it's customers while gaming. They will not void a parlay of a player gets injured early in a match. It's competition does, I suggest gaming with them instead.

      FanDuel Sportsbook is totally unethical in the fact that it refuses to void bets, parlays, legs of parlays, etc. when players are injured within the beginning portions of games. Almost all books will void such occurrences as that is the ethical thing to do. It of my opinion that this is basically stealing from the consumer.We arent talking about late game injuries as we are talking about players getting injured and removed from the sporting event in the first period or quarter of a sports game. For instance, in an *** football game of the ************** vs the ************** held on Monday ********* 18 a player for the ************** ***** ******** played 6 plays and got a concussion and ruled out for the remainder of the game, All bets including this individual are automatic losses and no stats can be acquired for the remaining of the game resulting in massive losses to the consumer. This has happened to me numerous times this year and I will no longer give my business to FanDuel Sportsbook and I want others to know as well because you will not have this problem with most other sportsbooks as they take care of the customer. Its a multi-billion dollar industry and FanDuel appears to care more about their immediate bottom line than they do about their customer and the satisfaction of that customer and wanting to retain their business. Its appalling.

      Been on fanduel for 4 years, and never had a problem until yesterday. I m Made a parlay with a team who's score was showing 3. Then once I submitted the tickets somehow the score was completely different. Reached out to customer service, and was told they use a third party for they score updates scores displays etc. Didn't refund or even try to resolve the problem.

      If I could give Fanduel support negative stars, I would. It's been almost TWO WEEKS since my account was suspended. Getting answers from Fanduel support is like peeling a coconut with your ********'s AWFUL, TERRIBLE, CRAPPY, RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.

      I am strongly disgusted with Fanduel and their customer service ***** they ***** and are scammers. Please ???? stay away from this platform. I reached out regarding a glitch that took place that was abnormal. The game just paused and ended for no apparent reason with no explanation. I was given a cash out offer, so I clicked on it multiple times to cash in. But, nothing happened, it usually will let you know that the cash out is not available. However, it did not do that, it just stayed green with the offer, so I continued to click the offer, due to the glitch. So, I immediately email support right away.explained the situation, provided pictures as you can see below. I had a cash out option that I clicked on, as it was still showing green, I clicked on it multiple times and the green wouldnt go away and my cash out wasnt paid out to me. Reached out to customer service, they had no answers and escalated my situation and my request to receive my cash out, because it was still highlighted green. They said, someone will get back to me immediately and I have heard from them and now I see that I lost my bet and cash out, claiming that my bet lost. But clearly as you can see the glitch, it shows my team was ahead and won, but there is a X next to it and I lost everything, due to customer service not getting back to me in a timely manner. I will no longer bet on this site and will make it my business to steer people away. This is crazy, no one reach out to me regarding my issue. STAY AWAY - SCAMMERS - they didnt reach out on purpose.Sad thing is, Im a gold vip member for multiple years and this is how they treat valued customers with no value at all.

      They accepted a $150 deposit of my spouses then immediately blocked and suspended the account. Its been almost two months and their chats or emails wont resolve the issue or even further talk because it says that the issue is in the process of being fixed. We uploaded all requested documents and still nothing in almost two months. Its a literal scam of a company

      I still have yet to hear back from their support team even after submitting all necessary documents to verify my identification. They froze my account for no reason. They withdrew $200 from both my checking account and my ********************** balance, both transactions unauthorized. They freeze my account when I have a deposit back into my back account due, I have money still in my balance AND I have pending bets!! What kind of business is this that's allowed to play with people's money and lives?? That money is mine and they have no right to do what they did when it's them that's doing fraudulent activity! If they don't make this right I swear! Play Draft Kings instead!

      Worst gambling site. They need to be investigated for scamming.They advertise fast withdrawals but its never comes. They want you keep you money and dont payout. They take forever to payout so you end up gambling it and losing. How can they get away with this. Anytime you win withdrawals take forever. They take you money right away
