      FanDuel suspended my account after I won a large bet while I used my spouse credit card that I am an authorized user . They accepted multiple deposits but not paying my winnings after I won . I am an authorized user handling her credit card cards and I have provided my id my spouse id along with a selfie of spouse with date . Still no signs of winnings . I am scammed here and need justice with my winnings money

      Serious Concerns Regarding Account Suspension and **************** I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding my recent experience with this company. Initially, I was drawn to their services based on their advertisements, which led me to believe they were a reputable organization.On [October 13th I set up my account during a football game and made a substantial initial deposit by linking my bank account to their platform via Venmo. Unfortunately, just two hours after creating my account, it was unexpectedly suspended without any explanation.Since that time, I have attempted to reach customer service multiple times, but I have been unable to speak with a representative. The chat support team has not provided any meaningful assistance or clarification regarding the suspension, and I have not received any follow-up communication. Their dismissive responses have left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.This experience has raised serious concerns about the legitimacy of this company. I fear that they may be engaging in practices that are not only unethical but potentially illegal. I strongly advise others to exercise caution and reconsider using their services, as I believe they do not prioritize customer trust or support.I hope this complaint prompts a review of their practices and encourages improvements in customer relations.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      This company fraudulently charged my debit card for $1,800.00 four times. I have never heard of this company and I am strongly against gambling. Beware of this company and check your bank account often to prevent theft and fraud.$7,200.00 is gone from my account and pending an investigation for transactions I did not make.

      I talked to someone named ********* very rude and did not help. I won my bet and they said I lost when I spoke with ********* he just wrote it off and did not even look into it when I ask questions he wanted to end the chat session I find it terrible to be treated that way. I never complain but this is twice this has happened to me. Very unprofessional Christian should be spoken to about customer service

      There is something wrong with their "location services" regarding my account. This issue pops up regardless of which browser I'm using or the app itself. For some reason on their end they think my location is jumping. I own no VPN's, and I moved once from ** to ******* last year. Occasionally I can get it work, but every week it pops up and blocks me from using it. My issue is that this problem doesn't occur when I'm depositing my money. Their site has no issue taking my money without checking my location. But once my cash is on there, that's when the issue comes up. So now I have to do a refund, locked out of my cash for a few days... or I wait and hope I can use the site sometime during the week b/c for whatever reason it happens to work that day ( usually involving downloading, deleting and re-downloading the app, rinse and ***eat till it works). Their customer service is useless. They keep telling me they will have a manager email me at a later time within 24 hours. That email never comes. Not one service *** has been helpful at all.

      I deposited money won than got my account suspended and the system to verify my ID is not working... they have ignored all my emails and cries for help I had around ******************************************************************************* down and are ignoring my emails. This company has failed in every facet. They refuse to give me proper customers service and this is why I must leave this review it's been 3 days since my account was locked and the mental strain from this nightmare of them holding my funds that I won through fair play has been heavily taxing especially considering I have a 2 year old daughter.

      Fanduel Faceoff seems like a scam. Feels more like they are hiding behind their definition of skill, and should be disclosing that they are manipulating outcomes based on your performance in previous games under similar ************* other words, ******* EOMM activation, then compare that to what you experience in Faceoff.

      I deposited $50 via a linked bank account. I have made numerous such deposits in a similar manner previously. My account was almost immediately suspended for suspicious activity. I could not access my account or money. Their customer support said they could not help and said I had to wait for one of their agents to reach out to me via email, but could not give me a timeframe when this would happen. When I finally received the email they requested I provide payment information, a photo ID, and a picture of myself over unsecured email. I have never had any such issue with any other sportsbook I've used. I've asked several times through different avenues for a phone number to call to discuss the issue but that was never offered.
