      Fanduel had a bet on the app stating game special. It stated that each team needed 1 touch down and 1 field goal. Each team last night scored in both halfs. A field goal is considered 1 point or 3 points in football. The support team stated that the ****** did not score a field goal in the second half. Fanduel was at fault for not specifically explaining the rules to millions of bettors for the same game special bet.

      Fanduel will find any reason to not pay your winnings. Do NOT use Fanduel.Fanduel is scamming people to avoid paying out. They complained because my wife and i both had an account. Doesnt make it wrong for both of us to be playing. I recommend DRAFTKINGS

      Fanduel Supended my account for no reason I still had money in my account heres the response in my my account was suspended Hello ******, My name is **** and I am a member of the accounts team here at ********************. Your account was brought to my attention after a routine review on all accounts. We are concerned about some activity you have made. We'd like to ask you to answer the below questions in your reply. The sooner you respond and the more details you provide, the faster we can review your case. Failure to respond by 8/17/24 will result in your account being suspended.       I've been playing fanduel online casino in ************ since Nov, 2022. I believe that they're really fair when it comes to winning, disputes, deposit and withdrawals, I've never had an issue, Fanduel has been kind to me.

      Deposited 15k a place a bet with it, then I decide to cash out the same 15k before the event started. I withdrew my 15k to my PayPal and they stopped it and locked my account. They customer service is chat and email based and there is no way that I can speak with anyone. They take the time to get back with you on any issues via email. Its been 3 days and they never reached back out to me and when I try to chat they tell me that my case have been escalated and a customer service rep will reach out to me via email. They are scammers and they are giving me anxiety by holding on to my 15k and no access for me to get my money. Legal action will be taken if no response in 2 more days

      Ripping people off ! Games freeze constantly and rip you off on pays. I understand it's gambling, but unfair how these sites aren't getting penalized for running such scamful business! I have pictures to prove I've won and they didn't give it to me! I have even had my husband video while I was playing. (Which is what I suggest you do if your going to play) they will rip you off beware! And BS they are monitoring these sites!

      Terrible casino. You may win once but once you withdrawal, like most online casinos, they penalize you for it and youll never win again. Ive spent $100 today and have not even gotten up by more than $1. Thats crazy! They definitely monitor your account and phone and their games are definitely rigged. Play any casino besides theirs. Its a scam. I wanted to leave minis a star they dont deserve a star

      I have tried for a year to get FanDuel to delete one of my 2 accounts. Not only did I send all my ids and information, I told them it was because the email on the account had be hacked and was sold to the dark web. The bank cards on file were destroyed and the bank account closed last year. They keep emailing me to send a picture of the bank cards. FanDuel is the most incompetent group of techs I have ever dealt with. All my id records prove who I am. I am not trying to bet, I just wanted to close the account. Now my other account is locked and I have no idea what bank card is there so now I am locked out of FanDuel permanently. I give up. I am going to ********** to bet. FanDuel lost my business and my respect!

      Made hundreds of bets with no issues... Then they settled one of my bets instead of paying out what they were supposed to. When contacted, they said I did it! They would not address the issue!
