      I do love their products overall and editor buy from there all the time except that their size chart is off & product sizing is inconsistent too. When you mix that with the restocking fee and/or the rules about final sale items, it means you tend to end up with clothes that don't fit when you get it & then discover the size you really need isn't available. I'd give 4 stars if they fixed either of these things, or 5 stars if they fixed both.

      Great place. The products are just as described. Sometimes the shipping takes several days, but I don't mind, it's certainly worth it for good quality lingerie that's affordable.

      **************** is very poor if there is an issue with their shipping carrier. They do a great job of processing your order. Usually ready for departure in a couple of days. And the products are good quality. Shipping is exceedingly slow takes 7-10 days to get your order. And if there is an issue with the carrier expect to wait at least a month before they offer any kind of resolution. So I would steer clear of them if you are ordering anything for the holidays or special occasion.

      I ordered 3 items, only one fit. I exchanged the two that didn’t fit, which was an easy process, and one of those new pair of pajamas didn’t fit. They aren’t good quality but the price reflects that. My biggest complaint is that I placed one order and was automatically enrolled in a membership. My credit card was going to be charged $39.99/month without my permission. I regret purchasing from Adore Me and caution anyone from doing so.
